Click Maint CMMS is computerized maintenance management software that helps maintenance and facilities professionals cut costs and streamline processes. Click Maint includes all the features necessary to streamline building maintenance operations across a variety of industries. Work Orders and Requests - Easily manage all maintenance requests and work orders from your desktop or mobile device. Incoming requests are reviewed before creating work orders. Configure email and push notifications settings ensuring nothing is missed.
Calendar View - Users can view and manage all work orders from an easy to use calendar interface. Users can view work orders through the month or for the week.  Use the filtering to drill down.  Reschedule work using the  "Click and Drag" feature.
Preventive Maintenance - Upload and schedule necessary PMs for critical assets. Ensure that preventive maintenance is completed on time and reduce downtime. Get visibility into upcoming preventive maintenance and plan ahead.
Asset Details View - Users can easily view and access key asset details with a single click. Details captured include images, files, QR code, install date, warranty expiration, work order history, serial number, model info and more.
Reports and KPI Dashboard - Make informed decisions using the KPIs and reporting tools. Get key insights into MTTR, MTBF, maintenance backlog, maintenance history and more.

Pros

  • Super easy to work with, good customer service and product has everything I need.

  • The staff at Click Maint are available to answer any of our questions promptly. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

  • The cost is very affordable and they have been great to work with. The mobile app was an added bonus.

  • They have been great to work with, They helped us get set up in weeks and the support is responsive when we need help.

Cons

  • The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version.

  • No real complaints except for the online/ offline issue.

  • No offline/ online sync for when I enter areas of the building without strong internet coverage it becomes unusable.

  • The mobile app is still missing some features that the full Web version has.

"Phenomenal CMMS Platform "

Overall: From dealing with true sales team, working through the implementation process and working with support it has been such a refreshing change to deal with Click Maint CMMS

Pros: Click Maint is our go-to solution for managing work orders, repairs, and scheduled maintenance at our office building. It keeps us organized and on top of everything, from equipment warranties to contractor management and repair costs. We receive timely notifications for maintenance needs, ensuring proactive upkeep. The mobile app allows us to efficiently manage tasks on the go, offering ease of use, affordability, and quick setup.

Cons: So far I really do not have any bad things to say

"An excellent CMMS program at an affordable cost"

Overall: We are a mid-size hospital system laundry. This program was a perfect fit for us that keeps getting better. From sales to implementation to training, their team took great care of us. Any questions or issues were addressed in minutes, not days or weeks.

Pros: This program was easy to learn and implement. It gave us everything we needed at an extremely competitive cost.

Cons: The included reports are not very customizable. That being said, the basic reports give a very clear picture.

Alternatives Considered: MaintainX, eMaint CMMS, mpro5 and Performo
Reasons for Choosing Click Maint CMMS: Cost and implementation fees. Click Maint is a cloud based alternative that didnt need to be installed on our servers. Not to mention the QR codes and mobile app.
Switched From: Sentact and mpro5
Reasons for Switching to Click Maint CMMS: Each program we used in the past had their limitations and neither program supported both PM's and Work orders (mPro3 and Sentact). Neither supported a parts inventory

"Click Maint got us organized and on track"

Overall: The onboarding experience was great. The Click Maint team is great to work with and ensures a smooth transition. Overall experience is great!

Pros: I like the ease of use. Even the most technologically handicapped staff can use it successfully and effectively.

Cons: It lacks purchase order tracking and the reports are minimal. However, the company is open to adding and upgrading as needed. I look forward to the purchase order tracking due out in 2025

Alternatives Considered: MaintainX
Reasons for Choosing Click Maint CMMS: Ease of use and value. We would’ve needed to pay for options we wouldn’t use with MaintainX.

"Click Maint Review "

Overall: We are still in the implementation phase so we are still learning the software ourselves, but other than that it has been super helpful with organization so far.

Pros: With Click Maint being a newer software on the block, the relationship between our teams if very personal and we get quick responses to any questions we need. As they are still building their software they listen to any suggestions we may have.

Cons: Being a newer company there is going to be bugs. None of the bugs have been major, but sometimes can be frustrating.

Alternatives Considered: MaintainX
Reasons for Choosing Click Maint CMMS: The price was a lot more friendly, and it seemed a lot more simple.

"Click Maint CMMS review"

Overall: Excellent and superb . The software has a ver accessible cost, too.

Pros: Easy and simple to use. It is web based. Excellent customer service, and continuous support. Mobile app fully functional and simple

Cons: The color of some of the parts does not help to distinguish some items. Problems with files with extensio *.HEIC

Alternatives Considered: IBM Maximo Application Suite, DoorLoop and Buildium
