Its extremely fluent to use. I have enjoyed watching my team follow through and stay organized on work orders.

Pros

Its extremely user friendly. The communications after update are nice. the add comment and mobile feature is great.

Cons

I cant really think of a thing to complain about. Ive enjoyed mostly all of its features. sorry if this is not more helpful

It's been very positive with good support, intuitive online interaction, affordability, and maneuverability within the platform.

Pros

It is fairly intuitive with a straightforward flow. Being a newer product, it is continuously behind enhanced with input from current users to make it as robust as users would like. We also appreciate the customer service interfaces with quick turnaround.

Cons

Being a new product, it lacks 'all' the bells and whistles, and sometimes we've had to be creative to have our needs fit within the provided tools. However, our requests for our version of 'improvement' to meet our needs are included in the wish lists for future releases and work arounds discussed with the customer service team to meet our needs in the meantime.

The new floor plan option will be very beneficial in identifying specific areas for work orders and assests.

Nothing really. Click Maint is easy to work with, however, something to consider would be uploading inspection reports.

Mostly positive. Its easy to navigate and easy for our team to use. they generally have no issues using Click Maint.

Pros

ease of use and simple to navigate. Our maintenance team usually has no issues navigating they system, whether it be opening and reading work orders or completing work orders. It is also simple for requesters to enter a request for work. Multiple opportunities as well for training.

Sometimes I have to refresh the page or log out and sign back in as it will be blank navigating from one location to another

Pros

The app & QR scanner make it easy to use. The price is Affordable & best support Click Maint gives.

There is no bad features about click Maint that I have noticed. I have notice that the app does not single sign on at moment.

It's been great. we had been using Hippo CMMS since the fall of 2020 and things were great, until they got bought out. After that the customer service went to crap. \[sensitive content hidden\]called, like he read my mind. I was just thinking of looking for a new CMMS. It's been great ever since.

Pros

Customer Service, from the cold call we received after we discussed looking for a new CMMS \[sensitive content hidden\], to sales (JP Mariano), to on-boarding \[sensitive content hidden\] to training \[sensitive content hidden\]) the service has been great.

Cons

I'd like to put our log on our work orders. Our completed work orders are used by our customers to show that preventive maintenance has been completed when the federal inspectors come to visit. I just think it would look more professional with the agency logo.

Overall, it’s a very positive experience. We’re still in the setup phase, Click Maint team has been helpful and available whenever needed.

Pros

easy user interface great support, fast response and provide solutions procedures feature was a great addition

Cons

No support for running hours–based maintenance, which is important for generators, compressors, and heavy equipment. Field data limits not flagged—new procedures feature allows numeric input, but out-of-range values should trigger alerts automatically instead of relying on technician feedback. Loading time is a bit slow; having the option for local hosting would greatly improve perfomance.

Change over has been seamless and any glitches or setup issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally with all staff.

Pros

We are transitioning from the old HIPPO CMMS product and the changeover was seamless and easy. Only minor training was required to understand a few of the differences and features.

Cons

We are only a few months in but really nothing comes to mind. It does what we want it to do and the program is capable of so much more!

Click Maint program is very easy for our maintenance representatives to use and is adaptable to various manufacturing processes. Based on the cost and details added to manage our equipment this product is an excellent value for us. Our operation will benefit based the additional DATA we will use to track repairs and scheduling PM maintenance task.

Cons

The short comings are few based on our current practices. It takes time to load data and identification of equipment, but the benefits are tremendous.

Click Maint has been a life saver for our company. The request portal has made it so much easier for both our staff and guest to report issues and for our maintenance team to be able to track and fix issues. The ability to store vendors, machine manuals, floor plans, procedures, and schedule PMs has protected us from relying on tribal knowledge and word of mouth. CM has been very easy to use, clearly communicated new features, and fixed any issues in a timely manner. They would be great for small to mid size companies who are looking to get a CMMS that is great value for their money and isn't overly complicated like some of the other CMMS in the industry.

Pros

Its interface is simple to use and so intuitive that it makes training people who have never used a CMMS easy.

Cons

That work orders that have parts attached to them will not let you complete them if the inventory in the software is below zero.

I've only been using Click Maint for four months, but I can already see the benefits it creates not only by keeping things more organized, but the PM function keeps us from forgetting some of the lesser work that still needs to be done.

Pros

Clean & clear interface. It is very customizable for our business. We also utilize the portable app, which is very helpful.

Cons

I wish there was a way to set a date range to delete completed work orders that are generated from PM's. If yo have a "daily" PM set it would be nice to be able to automatically purge the completed work orders, say once a month.

excellent tool. The online training and detailed request forms are simple and easy for everyone to use.

Pros

The value and courses. The app, is quick and easy to use. I like that the staff can make requests on their own.

Cons

sometimes it glitches. I have had to re-start. But, once I re-start the glitching is resolved and I can continue working.

So far my experience with Click Maint has been amazing there customer support portal Is only a few clicks away and they are always there to help.

Pros

Every question was was being asked was answered very professional and they were really helpful on helping us understand the new updates.

Cons

There was honestly no cons but if I had to really be picky I would just say it was too short otherwise I had a really good experience.

My experience with Click Maint CMMS is being great, againg i love the fact is super easy to use and the picture feature is a plus!

Pros

Click Maint CMMS is user friendly and with a simply trainin session we can have all staff trained and ready to use the app

Cons

Click Maint CMMS could be launching more features for Preventive Maintenance work orders. Besides that the product is good

### "Just getting started"

Currently uploading all of our assets into the system but am looking forward to full use of the software once more applicable and ready to use on our end.

Pros

The help portal is awesome, haven't had an issue that click maint staff were unable to assist me with.

Cons

Unable to attach multiple assets to a task such as boiler inspections if you have multiple boilers. "If additional work is needed, please create additional task and add the asset that requires the work." When a contractor does the large inspections for us, they don't break down the paperwork to attach to each asset, it comes as one inspection/invoice.

Hi Lee - thanks for sharing your feedback! We are working on adding more features that will give you way more options with inspections and PMs. These updates are in the works, along with adding multiple assets to one PM work order (coming a little later this year). Stay tuned.
