I wish it integrated right into our property management system but it is still very useable and suits our hotel needs daily.

We had switched from a different web based application and the ClickMaint team made the transition easy!

Pros

The ability for requesters to easily provide work request through the QR portal. It has easy access (we have QR codes throughout the building), is simple to use, and provides updated information to the requestor.

Cons

There really isnt anything that I least like about ClickMaint. It performs as instructed. It provides work orders that are timely.

Mostly positive. Its easy to navigate and easy for our team to use. they generally have no issues using Click Maint.

Overall, I really like this software. The user interface is refreshingly intuitive and avoids the cluttered, over-complicated layouts found in many other cloud-based platforms. This makes both the initial setup and ongoing maintenance remarkably straightforward for our team. While the core experience is excellent, there are a few functional limitations to keep in mind. Currently, there is no standalone inventory management feature; tracking is only possible when it is tied directly to a Preventive Maintenance (PM) task. Additionally, the QR code generator lacks branding capabilities, so there is no way to incorporate our company logo into the labels. That said, the human element of the software is top-tier. Customer support is highly responsive, and the knowledge base articles are exceptionally helpful for troubleshooting or learning new workflows. It’s a solid, user-friendly solution that feels built for efficiency, despite a few specific feature constraints.

Pros

The UI is intuitive and refreshingly streamlined, avoiding the over-complicated layouts common in most cloud-based software. Beyond the clean interface, it is remarkably easy to set up and maintain, making it a hassle-free solution for any team.

Cons

While the system is functional, the inventory tracking feels a bit restrictive since it’s tethered exclusively to PMs rather than being available as a standalone module. I’d also love to see more aesthetic control over the QR codes—currently, there’s no way to incorporate a logo for a more professional, branded look.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was the first person to reach out to me about their product and literally sold me the first conversation. He was so patient and answered all of my questions. Next was \[sensitive content hidden\], he was also patient with me through the process. I was not able to sign up for several months after getting the quote due to budget issues at the hospital and still being under contract with a different CMMS company. They patiently waited until I was able sign up. He worked with me on several calls to get all of our information transferred from the old system to Click Maint. He legit did all of the work and set it up perfectly. I just had to sign in and start using it. Lastly was \[sensitive content hidden\] she is awesome as well. She walked me through everything step by step and showed me everything I asked her to during my training with her. She also spent her time on a seperate call to train my maintenance technician on Click Maint. I have had to reach back out to her and \[sensitive content hidden\] a couple of times with questions and both respond so quickly. I don't have to wait a long time to get the answer I am needing and that means a lot. They are so supportive and literally are right there ready to help you if you need it. The ENTIRE team has been so kind and friendly with every interaction I have had with them. Now on the software side of things, let me tell you it is the most simple and easy work order system to use. We just launched it at the hospital I work at and it was the most smooth transition from one system to the next I have ever been a part of. NOt only is it easy to use, they help you set it up just like you need it. There could not be any better CMMS System than Click Maint.

Pros

There are so many things I have liked so far about Click Maint and here are a few; I like how easy it is to use, I like how they set it up it is very user friendly. We just launched it at the hospital and the employees have not had one complaint about submitting work orders through Click Maint. I was here the last time they launched the new work order system and the entire staff complained about how hard it was to use. So trust me I would hear the complaints because they don't hold back. They have not had anything bad to say. It honestly has shocked me!

Cons

I have sat here and tried to think of something I don't like or that I could change or just something that didn't make me happy with the system and I could not think of one thing.

### "An excellent CMMS program at an affordable cost"

We are a mid-size hospital system laundry. This program was a perfect fit for us that keeps getting better. From sales to implementation to training, their team took great care of us. Any questions or issues were addressed in minutes, not days or weeks.

Pros

This program was easy to learn and implement. It gave us everything we needed at an extremely competitive cost.

Cons

The included reports are not very customizable. That being said, the basic reports give a very clear picture.

My experience with Click Maint CMMS has been great. The onboarding team has always been a call or click away, ready to answer any of my questions. I have also made use of the many helpful FAQ answers and video guides. I am impressed by all the customizable and functional features. We've only been on board for a few months and am looking forward to the benefits of this program for years to come.

Pros

Click Maint CMMS has been a game changer for our Church & School. I have found it to be user friendly and particularly helpful in streamlining and organizing our maintenance operations. It's also very affordable, which is important to us as a non-profit organization on a zero-based budgeting plan.

Cons

The Click Maint Mobile App works well, and gets the job done when you're "out in the field" working but it does not have as much detail and functionality as using the program from a computer or laptop.

It has an intuitive flow to the program. Switching from our previous program to ClickMaint has been completely fluid.

Pros

Pros: -I like how any new work orders created are automatically sent to my email address. - I also like how you can choose the priority of the job (immediate. medium, etc.)

Cons

Cons: -It's a little difficult to find specific order orders by search. We have 10 stores so you have to go through each one in order to find the work order you are looking for.

So far my experience with Click Maint has been amazing there customer support portal Is only a few clicks away and they are always there to help.

Pros

Every question was was being asked was answered very professional and they were really helpful on helping us understand the new updates.

Cons

There was honestly no cons but if I had to really be picky I would just say it was too short otherwise I had a really good experience.

Pros

Ease of use and organization. Being able to schedule preventative maintenance. Also having the convivence of phone ap.

Cons

The lack of a better view of rooms or areas. If one of the faculty or staff is not familiar with where to look for given room.

Currently uploading all of our assets into the system but am looking forward to full use of the software once more applicable and ready to use on our end.

Pros

The help portal is awesome, haven't had an issue that click maint staff were unable to assist me with.

Cons

Unable to attach multiple assets to a task such as boiler inspections if you have multiple boilers. "If additional work is needed, please create additional task and add the asset that requires the work." When a contractor does the large inspections for us, they don't break down the paperwork to attach to each asset, it comes as one inspection/invoice.
