While the reporting and asset lifecycle features need more maturity to be truly outstanding, the system is backed by excellent customer support and a team that consistently rolls out improvements based on user feedback.

Pros

The platform is user-friendly, particularly the time-tracking toggle, which records technician hours without adding administrative work. The QR code feature allows users to submit maintenance requests without logging in, and this has improved adoption. Role-based permissions are simple to configure, ensuring users see only relevant information. The developers are responsive to feature requests, and the support team resolves issues quickly.

Cons

The KPI dashboard is currently the weakest link; it lacks interactivity, making deep data analysis challenging. There are also limitations in asset management, particularly the inability to mark assets as "inactive." The only options are "Active" or "Deleted," which leads to the loss of historical data. Additionally, the offline time for assets cannot be edited manually, requiring us to contact support to correct entry errors.

My overall experience with Click Maint CMMS has been generally positive. Overall my experience has been great. I've only been using the free trial now for about 4 days, but definitely plan on signing up after my trial. The support desk has been on top of every question I've had and have responded rapidly. VERY Happy with \[sensitive content hidden\] in the support desk. I would like to see the few changes be addressed. The big ones for me are the INVENTORY category for the phone app. And for non paying user to be able see the program to see what work orders are open and such but not make changes.

Pros

How user friendly it is. It's very easy to navigate throughout the program. It's simple and perfect for the applications I want to maintain in our facility.

Cons

So far... There is no Inventory Category on the phone app. Which makes it a complete pain to take pictures of your parts and add the to your part's edit screen. I have to take pictures and email them to myself, then download them top the PC, to drop/drag them to the edit screen, save, then go through the whole process of deleting all the pictures off the PC. The phone/ I pad app should have an Inventory category that works just like the Assets category does.

Pros

Our team has really enjoyed using Click Maint CMMS. It has helped the entire organization share items that need addressed and narrowing the timeline in which repairs are made. The QR code system makes it seamless.

Not sure that there are any items right now that we don't like in the system, but we wish we would have signed up earlier.

Pros

Besides being affordable and user friendly, my team and I have been impressed with the reliable, flexible, and consistent help from the Click Maint support team, and appreciate how it benefits and has improved communication among our own team. Click Maint is very receptive to customer feedback, and they are constantly making positive changes and improvements to meet the needs of their customers.

Cons

There are few things that we don't like about the software. After using it for almost a year, we have identified a few features that could be improved for our work order efficiency, however, they have received this feedback from myself as well as others and are already working on implementing additions/fixes for these small inconveniences.

Pros

Click Maint program is very easy for our maintenance representatives to use and is adaptable to various manufacturing processes. Based on the cost and details added to manage our equipment this product is an excellent value for us. Our operation will benefit based the additional DATA we will use to track repairs and scheduling PM maintenance task.

Cons

The short comings are few based on our current practices. It takes time to load data and identification of equipment, but the benefits are tremendous.

Overall experience has been good. Once you learn it, it's very easy to set it up and navigate. The mobile app makes documenting everything much easier, the fact that you can upload photos from the assets, issues, incidents right away, helps a lot.

What I liked the most about the system is the ease of use; it's very user friendly and the mobile app is perfect to properly document all the work done. The user interface is quite easy to navigate

Cons

I'm used to more "traditional" CMMS systems so the learning curve was a little bit prolonged. Not something that is necessarily bad with the system, it's just the way I'm used to work with CMMS systems.

Click Maint have more than met our expectations. Their 3 clicks OS is neat, and their training and support are first class.

Pros

As an SME, we were looking for a cost effective Canadian CMMS for our Maintenance Management that had an OS that our diverse team could adapt to quickly, and Click Maint ticked all the boxes. Their support during setup and to date have been excellent.

Cons

We've had no issues to date, although the reporting features could be better. However as they develop the system they do respond well to feedback and actively request it.

There is no bad features about click Maint that I have noticed. I have notice that the app does not single sign on at moment.

It's been great. we had been using Hippo CMMS since the fall of 2020 and things were great, until they got bought out. After that the customer service went to crap. \[sensitive content hidden\]called, like he read my mind. I was just thinking of looking for a new CMMS. It's been great ever since.

Pros

Customer Service, from the cold call we received after we discussed looking for a new CMMS \[sensitive content hidden\], to sales (JP Mariano), to on-boarding \[sensitive content hidden\] to training \[sensitive content hidden\]) the service has been great.

Cons

I'd like to put our log on our work orders. Our completed work orders are used by our customers to show that preventive maintenance has been completed when the federal inspectors come to visit. I just think it would look more professional with the agency logo.

Click Maint has been great overall. It's a newer site, so there are some growing pains that come with that, like bugs and functionality limitations. On the other hand, it also means that they're constantly coming up with new features and enhancements, and it's exciting being on the ground-floor and having some buy-in to their future development. They are very receptive to feedback, and I appreciate that they have a dedicated space to request features.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate the pages and menus. The UI is engaging, and support is very responsive and easy to work with. The pages are also highly customizable, and I appreciate being able to show/hide whatever data I want and reorganize each page according to my personal preference.

Cons

I have come across several bugs and other minor inconveniences within the program. There also isn't a way to make a request via email which is something that I would like to see.

i like the quick and easy way to submit work requests and also the Pm Generation is very nice and handy.

Cons

not being able to so all of the functions on the app as the computer like sending invites for requestor and not being able to see the kpi's.

Click Maint has been servicing all our needs, and being a smaller organization, it fit our budget very well for what we were trying to achieve. The institutional history it's helping create, in terms of our mechanical and maintenance items, will be extremely helpful years from now.

Pros

Click Maint's onboarding process was pretty streamlined. The folks like Mel and Genesis were very receptive to our input and needs. Also the UI was easy to navigate, even for folks who have had minimal interactions with CMMS software.

Cons

For me there wasn't much to dislike. One option I have requested was a documents section. For things like warranty paperwork or inspection reports I have been using a work around of attaching them directly to the assets, or the PM's themselves.

It is easier to use than our old software and easy to learn. we can keep track of our inventory a lot better than before.

### "Click maint is the best"

Its extremely fluent to use. I have enjoyed watching my team follow through and stay organized on work orders.

Pros

Its extremely user friendly. The communications after update are nice. the add comment and mobile feature is great.

Cons

I cant really think of a thing to complain about. Ive enjoyed mostly all of its features. sorry if this is not more helpful

### "Exactly What We Needed"

It has been very good. I feel the training was thorough. The website is exactly what we wanted and needed

Pros

It is so user friendly. Very easy to maneuver around and understand. Making a work order is so quick and easy.

Cons

I'm struggling finding something I don't like about Click Maint CMMS. I guess it would have to be that it that the pages are a bit busy, meaning for those of us with anxiety issues, there is a lot of information on each page.

### "Practical CMMS with Solid Support and Room to Grow"

Overall, it’s a very positive experience. We’re still in the setup phase, Click Maint team has been helpful and available whenever needed.

Pros

easy user interface great support, fast response and provide solutions procedures feature was a great addition

Cons

No support for running hours–based maintenance, which is important for generators, compressors, and heavy equipment. Field data limits not flagged—new procedures feature allows numeric input, but out-of-range values should trigger alerts automatically instead of relying on technician feedback. Loading time is a bit slow; having the option for local hosting would greatly improve perfomance.

SAP’s user interface was too complicated for daily maintenance operations. The version we had didn’t include preventive maintenance, so previous management added a fleet management module and tried to adapt it for PM tasks. That workaround created a system that was clunky, and inefficient.

### "Good product"

I like the product because its easy to use and their mobile app is great. Easy to use software. Overall Im happy with the product.

Pros

It is very easy to learn and teach my staff on how to use it. The staff is always available to help and answer any questions.

Cons

I have not found anything that i do not like about the software yet. Two of us use it constantly and it works great.

### "Click Maint makes maintenance fun again"

What's not to love about dealing with the good folks of Canada! I'm getting exceptional guidance and support right from the start. We are a small account and they are treating me like I am a major account. Amazing!

Pros

I reviewed two other platforms and found Click Maint CMMS to be intuitive, easy to learn. The support has been lightning fast and helpful. I've already created two work orders and have added all my assets. The mobile access has a clean interface without all the clutter. I'm able to see basic costs on labor and material after less than a full day on the platform.

Cons

I haven't encountered my first roadblock. I've used the chat feature three times so far and they have surpassed expectations.

The sales rep was knowledgeable but came of as humble and understanding. Fiix seemed to have a huge company mentality and the presentation felt too commercial. MaintainX was a good product but their tiered approach to features rubbed me the wrong way.
