We are very pleased with our decision to switch to Click Maint. Our team has come on board with more cooperation and enthusiasm than expected.

Pros

We reviewed six different CMMS software packages before deciding. We decided on Click maint mainly due to user friendliness and we have not been disappointed.

Cons

The only possible Con would be that there are some bugs in the software, but we were aware that Click maint is a new software and concerns are addressed quickly

Click Maint and their staff are extremely helpful and on que for any questions or request. Will definitely be renewing once the current contract expires.

Pros

Everyone has been helpful through the implementation and the start up. \[sensitive content hidden\] took upon himself to add all of our company assets instead of a previous company we used. The CMMS is very user friendly and also has a mobile app available instead of needing to be around a computer to put in request or work orders. Highly recommend Click Maint for any company maintenance software.

Cons

Nothing to dislike through my experience with their CMMS. It has been easy simple switch from our previous CMMS.

### "good software for a good price"

So far so good, is easy to use and is easy to create preventive maintenance program and i can show the department progress

Pros

It reminds me when I have to do maintenance and services on my hotel, i can keep tracking the wo and inventory.

Cons

the inventory, I cannot duplicate the preventive maintenance so i need to start with 0 to make a new one

So far my experience with Click Maint has been amazing there customer support portal Is only a few clicks away and they are always there to help.

Pros

Every question was was being asked was answered very professional and they were really helpful on helping us understand the new updates.

Cons

There was honestly no cons but if I had to really be picky I would just say it was too short otherwise I had a really good experience.

### "An excellent CMMS program at an affordable cost"

We are a mid-size hospital system laundry. This program was a perfect fit for us that keeps getting better. From sales to implementation to training, their team took great care of us. Any questions or issues were addressed in minutes, not days or weeks.

Pros

This program was easy to learn and implement. It gave us everything we needed at an extremely competitive cost.

Cons

The included reports are not very customizable. That being said, the basic reports give a very clear picture.

My experience with Click Maint CMMS has been great. The onboarding team has always been a call or click away, ready to answer any of my questions. I have also made use of the many helpful FAQ answers and video guides. I am impressed by all the customizable and functional features. We've only been on board for a few months and am looking forward to the benefits of this program for years to come.

Pros

Click Maint CMMS has been a game changer for our Church & School. I have found it to be user friendly and particularly helpful in streamlining and organizing our maintenance operations. It's also very affordable, which is important to us as a non-profit organization on a zero-based budgeting plan.

Cons

The Click Maint Mobile App works well, and gets the job done when you're "out in the field" working but it does not have as much detail and functionality as using the program from a computer or laptop.

Currently uploading all of our assets into the system but am looking forward to full use of the software once more applicable and ready to use on our end.

Pros

The help portal is awesome, haven't had an issue that click maint staff were unable to assist me with.

Cons

Unable to attach multiple assets to a task such as boiler inspections if you have multiple boilers. "If additional work is needed, please create additional task and add the asset that requires the work." When a contractor does the large inspections for us, they don't break down the paperwork to attach to each asset, it comes as one inspection/invoice.

### "Covers the basics we need"

Pros

I like the ability to have public request portals for our tenants to submit maintenance requests and the workflow allows us to review the request before turning it in to a work order.

Cons

It's not the most intuitive for property management maintenance needs. I'm not a technician, so I don't know what context this would fit best in. Thankfully, it meets our need for now, but I can tell that it's not natively built for rental property work orders.

Pros

With Click Maint being a newer software on the block, the relationship between our teams if very personal and we get quick responses to any questions we need. As they are still building their software they listen to any suggestions we may have.

Being a newer company there is going to be bugs. None of the bugs have been major, but sometimes can be frustrating.

The value and courses. The app, is quick and easy to use. I like that the staff can make requests on their own.

sometimes it glitches. I have had to re-start. But, once I re-start the glitching is resolved and I can continue working.

Over all experience has been pleasant. Working with a smaller CMMS company has allowed us to have some influence as a client when it comes to the resolving issues and developing other parts of the program such as specific KPI reports.

Pros

Support service from the staff is great.

Cons

It is a new program and there are still some glitches we are finding. That said when reported to Click Maint, they go about finding fixes and update us on the status of the issue.

Pros

I like the ease of use. Even the most technologically handicapped staff can use it successfully and effectively.

Cons

It lacks purchase order tracking and the reports are minimal. However, the company is open to adding and upgrading as needed. I look forward to the purchase order tracking due out in 2025

From day one it has been great. The support is fantastic. \[sensitive content hidden\] does a great job explaining things when I need help. He is my go to person when I need him. Over the years I have worked with several CMMS platforms, AEGIS, Service Now just to mention a few, and Click Maint is by far the easiest with great support. I highly recommend it !

Pros

It is very easy to navigate and it has all the features I need to accomplish our goals.

Cons

Nothing at all. There isn't one thing not to like. Simple X 10 !

I completed seven free trials or demos for other software, and Click Maint was by far the easiest for the team and me to use.

Pros

Simple and Intuitive. Click Maint has excellent customer support and is very open to feedback on how to improve its software.

Cons

None at this time. I do wish we could communicate with requesters directly through the software about their tickets without them having to create an account.

It's been GREAT!!!!! I'm extremely happy with the program, support staff and overall function of the program.

Pros

I really like the simple and user-friendly format, across all platforms (PC, iPad, android). The links, blogs and videos are all very helpful. The support team has been VERY responsive and helpful.

Cons

No big cons for me. A few bugs that I've found and brought to the dev teams' attention. But that's to be expected with a young company.

Onboarding was easy and the support was priceless.

Pros

Having a central location for all machines and keeping track of cost.

Cons

I would like to see an option to forward a work order to someone's personal or work email vs a username.
