KPI and reporting features are very useful when tracking deliverables on preventative maintenance and work orders. The facilities technicians can easily track equipment maintenance records and our admin staff can easily navigate the browser UI. The pricing model brings value to our use case and ROI is positive. Cons We are still looking to possibly integrate some type of API. Our teams would like to be able to use some type of "form" interface in daily occurring PM's. Cons Hard to list this one, any issue we've had, once submitted to the Click Maint team they address it immediately and create a solution for our company. Super easy for me to set up people, mange peoples account. Also love that I can mess with their costumer support team via the chat box. Pros It is extremely easy to use and set up. The layout is straightforward, and learning the system is so simple that even someone 100 years old could use it. Another plus is that it costs close to nothing for my company across three different plants, especially compared to competitors. Cons Customization is still lacking, but they’re adding new features every month. Because of that, I’m guessing that over the next couple of years, anything that’s even slightly annoying will get addressed and fixed. More work needed as far as count miles or meters. Pros It's good with keeping track with all inventories, simple and easy. Customer service is incredible and reliable.
