Cons Customization is still lacking, but they’re adding new features every month. Because of that, I’m guessing that over the next couple of years, anything that’s even slightly annoying will get addressed and fixed. Having used other CMMS in the past, we feel we're getting our money's worth. Pros Price is unbeatable. Everything is very easy to set up, to use, and to train our techs to use. We use the QR code feature in parts management regularly and it is well received. Overall, it is exactly what we need and no more, which is good because it is generally uncomplicated. Cons Not a whole lot I'd change. Maybe if the reports and KPI's were a little more user customizable I'd use that feature more.
