It helps streamline operations and allows our team to stay on top of work orders efficiently. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to organizing and creating individual work orders for quarterly inspections, as this process can be time-consuming and somewhat difficult to manage. With a more streamlined approach to recurring or bulk work orders, the system would be even more effective. Pros Click Maint is easy to use, and I like that there is an app. I also like that we can keep track of inventory. Cons One challenge with the system is that it can be difficult to stay organized when creating individual work orders for quarterly inspections. Cons Being a new product, it lacks 'all' the bells and whistles, and sometimes we've had to be creative to have our needs fit within the provided tools. It’s easy to track between different employees for our company. It’s so much better to have this platform than using email like we were doing! Its easy to navigate and easy for our team to use. they generally have no issues using Click Maint. Pros ease of use and simple to navigate. Our maintenance team usually has no issues navigating they system, whether it be opening and reading work orders or completing work orders. It is also simple for requesters to enter a request for work. Multiple opportunities as well for training.
