J'utilise fréquemment Surfy pour proposer des scenarii d'aménagement aux managers. Je propose en général 2 à 3 versions. Les plans sont clairs et ludiques et j'apprécie leur aspect esthétique. Les bureaux, sièges, postes informatiques et tous le mobiliers ont initialement été dessinés par les équipes Surfy avec toutes les fantaisies souhaitées, je n'ai plus qu'à effectuer l'aménagement au gré de mon imagination. C'est presque devenu un jeu! Pros Les aspects que j'apprécie dans l'application Surfy est la facilité à crée des scenarii d'aménagements de bureau de manière simple et intuitive. Les scénarii sont enregistrés automatiquement et permet donc de les retrouver facilement. L'équipe de Surfy est toujours disponible, leur connaissance des métiers des services généraux facilite la communication, répond à nos besoins. Au-delà du suivi de l'occupation des locaux, l'application nous permet aussi de collaborer dans le cadre de déménagements d'équipes (grâce à la fonctionnalité du scenario). Nous avons ensuite donné accès aux assistantes pour qu'elles puissent vérifier la mise à jour de l'occupation des espaces par leurs équipes respectives. Cons Il faut un certain temps pour se familiariser avec l'outil qui n'est pas toujours intuitif. La modification des plans et rajout d'objets spécifiques est trop compliquée (il faut être extrêmement minutieux et avoir beaucoup de temps devant soi). Mieux vaut confier ce travail à l'équipe SURFY, sachant que cela a un impact sur le budget. Mise à part quelques vidéos, il n'existe pas de didacticiel global Surfy. Cela serait un + que d'avoir un support écrit pour l'ensemble des fonctionnalités.
