Very efficent and to the point. I liked the experience and think this is a long term product that desrves to stick around. Pros I liked how intuiative the products were. I could see a few different applications and it was very straight forward to know what and where I had to do things. Cons I do think some of the costs were a bit much for some casual useage. Some lower quicker cost options would probably drive up useage for temporary or trail experiences. Not the biggest deal though. The most important thing is that it integrates with Slack, since you don't have to leave one app to find another and make reviews. Pros Easy to write and publish. I just published it, and I really liked that I can add several people to one review; it saves me time and allows me to thank several people at the same time. Cons mmm more emojis. It was easy to collaborate on the project as a team, while also keeping it a secret from the person we were surprising. I would continue to use this service over services like kudosboard. Pros We had a staff member leaving, and they didn't want to do a going away event. We had used kudosboard in the past with students, so I wanted to do something similar for them. Wrenly provided a free option for us to add in our own images, videos and words of encouragement. I love that we could create a recognition board for free. Cons I don't know that there were any cons with the way we were using it. It allowed us to all collaborate together and add our own messages. While the free version worked for what we needed, it would be challenging to get approval for a paid subscription, because we have internal platforms for some of the features. I was struggling with accidental posts and the inability to edit or delete them, and I kept having to create new boards. Thankfully, I got in touch with the customer service team, and they were very quick to solve my problem. Honestly, their customer service has made me loyal. Pros This is literally just as great as Kudoboard, except it's FREE. It's hard to convince a workplace to pay for a service (like Kudoboard) a happy birthday, but it really goes a long way for collegiate support and morale. This is the perfect solution to keep it free and accessible, allowing people to celebrate, offer sympathy, and more to their colleagues without needing to pay their own way to make it happen. It also doesn't have any ridiculous advertisements and annoying pop ups like other "free" sites include. Cons At the beginning, there were issues with people not being able to edit their post. After connecting with the customer service folks, they were able to help solve all the issues (and I believe this is already fixed permanently on the systems end). I will definitely be using wrenly again in the future. The recipient was moved to tears while reading everyones comments and he has shared he went back and reread the messages. Pros Wrenly gave me a quick and accesible way for many people to contribute to a celebration board. Everyone i sent the link to was able to effortlessly submit their poat and attach their images. Many of the people i sent the link to created cutom images to attach and it made the board feel so special and unique. Cons I had no issues with wrenly at all.
