It has boosted our company culture, increased the opportunity to provide appreciation, and real time information sharing (suggestion box or pulse surveys) without a concern of retaliation if the information, issue, or recommendation is not an easy one to share. It also helps provide great monthly reports to look at the people data differently. Very helpful as you didn't know it was necessary until you have it! The leadership loves seeing how the team is doing, the connections made by recognizing each other and the value we can show how we appreciate them. It's great to see any concerns in real time as well as being able to address them right away. The tool allows us to communicate with them even though they are anonymous and to see we care and want to make positive changes immediately. Pros It’s so amazing this app works directly through Slack. Creating ease for our team as this is our main method of communication. We love the incoming feedback questions that change weekly, the ability to recognize anyone within seconds, and that this tool can provide the ability to remain anonymous if they feel it is needed to share information with us. I also really love the culture score to better see how the team is doing in different areas. It really aids in learning how to improve and support your employees. Cons I haven’t experienced anything negative with Wrenly. Any time I need assistance or am not sure how to navigate something, their support team swoops in to assist! It was easy to collaborate on the project as a team, while also keeping it a secret from the person we were surprising. I would continue to use this service over services like kudosboard. Pros We had a staff member leaving, and they didn't want to do a going away event. We had used kudosboard in the past with students, so I wanted to do something similar for them. Wrenly provided a free option for us to add in our own images, videos and words of encouragement. I love that we could create a recognition board for free. Cons I don't know that there were any cons with the way we were using it. It allowed us to all collaborate together and add our own messages. While the free version worked for what we needed, it would be challenging to get approval for a paid subscription, because we have internal platforms for some of the features. I will definitely be using wrenly again in the future. The recipient was moved to tears while reading everyones comments and he has shared he went back and reread the messages. Pros Wrenly gave me a quick and accesible way for many people to contribute to a celebration board. Everyone i sent the link to was able to effortlessly submit their poat and attach their images. Many of the people i sent the link to created cutom images to attach and it made the board feel so special and unique. Cons I had no issues with wrenly at all.
