non siamo abituate a ricevere assistenza software telefonica con la professionalità che abbiamo riscontrato nella vostra organizzazione. durante l ora di collegamento ci sono stati trasmessi piu' spunti operativi che testimoniano la bontà del gestionale. Siamo molto soddisfatti dell'acquisto ma, sopratutto, della tempestività dell'assistenza, fondamentale specie nella fase di primo impianto.

Comunque quando chiamo sono veloci bravi e gentili

Premesso che non sono molto pratico di software in generale, la mia dimestichezza spesso è un rallentatore delle operazioni che forse altri fanno meglio e più in fretta. Il supporto da remoto è ottimo e mi ha aiutato velocemente a risolvere i problemi che avevo incontrato.

Cons

Faccio parte del gruppo IAD, avevo già pubblicato sul nostro gestionale sia i 360# che il video di youtube.com in riferimento alla zona in cui ho il cantiere da vendere. mi sono sorpreso di sapere che mentre alcuni ortali che dialogano con il nostro gestionale Playiad.it li avevano già recepiti entrambi, in questo caso invece ha dovuto inserire nuovamente a mano sia il 360° (link al matterport ed il video che ho anche dovuto ridimensionare perché superiore a 600mega) mi piacerebbe e credo sarebbe molto utile che queste 2 azioni potessero diventare automatizzate: 1) riconoscimento dei link ed inserimento video e riduzione dei video pesanti, (come fa ad esempio whatsapp, fino ai 600 mega richiesti e pubblicazione automatica) . Grazie
