It has been the best, and looking forward to many more time using the tool.

Pros

The all around methodology, the feedback it gives you almost instantly, the accuracy of the feedback, the evolution of the difficulty and interactions, the use of it its pretty straight forward. I really love this tool!!

Cons

There is really nothing i did not like, the development team is great every information we needed we got a immediate response from them!!

My experience has been that of true collaboration. A true sense of a partner that cares about my own company's struggles and challenges, and has invested hours of brainstorming and problem-solving to overcome any hurdle.

Pros

The creativity of the team to tackle complex problems and the speed at which they tackle feedback to optimize the experience for out team.

Cons

So far, have not yet come to find anything I would categorize as "do not like" or a "con". Every challenge we've stumbled on to we've worked together to overcome at lightning speed.
