They are quick to make positive adjustments and update as well. Highly recommend! Pros Easy to use, user friendly. Great AI insights into my data that I never think of. Great support and training on how to use the software. Cons I didn't like that comparing data from different time periods were a little uneasy to navigate, and that the AI insights were sometimes information I already knew, but both of these points have been addressed and updated. The software is phenomenal. Give it a few years and this business can either boost or eliminate most CFO positions out there! I highly recomend anyone that runs a business and more precisely that handles numbers, to use Starfish. Pros The benchmarking is incredible and has to be experienced to be believed! amazing product. Cons the UIX is still a bit wonky. Worse is the calendar date range selector.
