I have had an excellent experience with SystemOne since I began using their software in 2019. The service and support have always been prompt and reliable, and I’ve encountered no more than a few minor issues over the years.

Pros

The planning schedule and extensive filtering options in this part of the program are extremely useful and are features I use very frequently. The ability to easily duplicate an existing booking and only adjust a few fields (such as performer, fee, or times) saves a great deal of time. I also really appreciate how simple it is to use and modify my own templates for the documents I use most often — it makes everyday tasks much more efficient.

Cons

Currently, all shows appear in the same colour on the calendar, regardless of status. When a show is cancelled, there is no quick way to identify it visually without opening the show details. This makes it harder to find cancelled bookings and rebook available slots efficiently.

Vraiment facile à utiliser mais il y a beaucoup de modules dont je ne comprends pas l'utilité où dont je ne me sers pas. Ça serait super qu'avec l'IA l'outil soit relié direct à mes mails et puisse prendre et enregistrer toutes les informations importantes et créer de manière intelligente le show.

Pros

J'aime la simplicité dans l'enregistrement des vols. Dans l'élaboration des contrats et aussi la facilité pour l'artiste d'avoir accès a toutes les infos.

Cons

Globalement l’outil est intéressant, mais je trouve dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un système de validation ou de suivi par étapes jusqu’au jour du show. Aujourd’hui, je suis obligée de me créer des rappels manuels, alors qu’un système de voyants ou d’alertes (“attention, cette étape n’est pas encore complétée”) rendrait l’expérience beaucoup plus fluide et intuitive. je trouve celà dommage aussi de ne pas avoir la possibilité de voir ce que l'artiste voit de son côté de l'écran car des fois des infos que moi j'ai lui ne les a pas. Je trouve aussi que ca aurait été bien qu'on puisse relier les vols à un show. Par exemple, quand l'artiste se rend sur l'interface, il clique spontanément sur le gig en question et non sur le vol, du coup souvent il me dit où sont mes vols et je dois lui dire va sur le jour où tu voyages. Il faudrait faire un système où tu peux tout relier.

Pros

I use it all the time - it's an excellent tool. My musicians particularly appreciate the app with the tour book and all the integrated assets, which makes everything easily accessible for everyone on the road.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike about SystemOne. If I had to mention something, it would be helpful to have even more customization options for certain features, but overall the platform works extremely well for my needs.

Overall it works very well for our logistic needs. I don't understand the dashboard page (it is of no use).

Pros

I like it's flexibility and how it's so easy to customise it to our needs. I like how the events look in the calendar feed, and that it is so adjustable.

Cons

I wish finances were better, and I still have to to a lot of work in excel, because there are no good touring finance systems

Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes managing bookings easier, though I wish the pricing was different.

Pros

The system is simple and easy to use. Bookings and templates management work smoothly. Whole system is very intuitive. Customer support is quick to respond.

Cons

That pro formas are not numerated. Also, if I need to change one minor thing in the contract, like a signatory e-mail, I can't just add a new signatory mail, but need to start whole process from the start. Another thing, is that the tool unfortunately is very expensive. We are a small agency with only one artists who is touring all the time and I find it quite unfair that we pay the same price as the agencies who earn up to 10 times more.

I´ve been customers with S1 since 2013. Love it since. We are close to 10 000 bookings and it makes your life so much easier as a booking agency.

Pros

I like all features and the fact that it´s easy to use and the team always tries to get improvement done. Friendly team around Bartho, all easy reachable.

Cons

It´s not the cheapest on the market and despite the fact that I´ve been approached by other agencies, I´ve been always faithful to System One because they are the best.

We have over 70 artists registered in our system, thousands of collaborators and contacts operating within the system, all in a very streamlined and organized manner. Without losing control of our entire operation.

Pros

A practical and robust system, yet simple to use. Having a complete CRM for all my contacts in one place is great and convenient.

Cons

Some tabs I'd like to hide. Make some calendar statuses visible only to external users. Have a way to calculate the event route to the nearest airport without having to register a calendar.

The program is incredibly reliable. The developers are always working to improve software and are quick to help with any issue.

Pros

What puts S1 above the others is it's flexibility. We have the ability to customize templates for documents, reports, calendars and create custom free fields for our unique needs. Control over access to information for both internal and external users is easy and adaptable to any situation. The fact that it is cloud-based keeps our international team all on the same page with access to all of the documents and information we need.

Cons

The contact management ("address book") could use work, preferable with an integration to an external CRM software. The built-in reports (statistics) and Dashboard could also use some improvement. Without the ability to customize these, they are not useful to our team.

Overall our experience is very positive. We have been System One users for 6 years now, and there's no doubt that switching to SO made our company more efficient.

Pros

The UI is extremely easy to navigate and therefore a lot of time is saved with booking and advancing shows, generating contracts and invoices, logging payments and much more.

Cons

It would be very handy if the external user profile (for artists) was more complete. For example if they could also see their invoices and track payments.

Logistics is done like the blink of an eye, productivity has noticeably improved. Wish I used it sooner.

Pros

The interface is intuitive. It has significantly saved me time on daily tasks and streamlined the workflow of our agency. It's a powerful tool that truly makes a difference. Customer service is also very responsive, which has made the onboarding process smooth.

Cons

While SystemOne is overall very efficient, It took some time to get familiar with everything, as the setup involved a lot of details to take in.

Fluent but still a lot of room for improvement. Sometimes it's not very clear to me why certain actions cannot be made.

Pros

The fact that you can find all the information you need in one spot. It's nice to collect all the details of one show in one file.

Cons

There are still some errors in the system. For example no e-facturation, not possible to use 1 external user in different data bases, etc.

System One war und ist für uns und unsere Ansprüche die beste Alternative auf dem Markt, da sie flexibel genug ist, um auf die unterschiedlichen Ansprüche unserer Agentur zu reagieren bzw. das System hierauf anzupassen und dennoch einen guten und einheitlichen Überblick zu erhalten.

Pros

Die Übersichtlichkeit und Zeitersparnis durch Verknüpfungen der unterschiedlichen Anwendungsbereiche. Auch das Arbeiten per App mit Echtzeit-Synchonisierung erleichtert das Touring und unsere Arbeit ungemein. Die Zeit, Daten in unterschiedliche Formulare per Copy-Paste zu übertragen, sind vorüber. Auch das Rechnungstool spart uns sehr viel Zeit für's wesentliche!

Cons

Das System entwickelt sich natürlich ständig weiter, hier wäre eine kurze Benachrichtigung zu Updates und deren Funktionsweise per Mail großartig. Etwas mehr Flexibilität im Adressbuch wäre großartig, leider hat sich hier auch die Ansicht bzw. der Bearbeitungsmodus im letzten Update verändert. Wenn nun noch eine globale Suchfunktion sowie eine Kurzeintragsmöglichkeit im Kalender (ähnlich zu der im Adressbuch) geschaffen werden, gibt es die vollen 5 \* :)

Gran software de gestión de agendas de artistas, contactos, viajes, etc. Además la atención al cliente es genial y enseguida te dan solución a cualquier problema/duda que tengas.

Pros

La facilidad para gestionar agendas, viajes, horarios, buena atención al cliente, etc. Se pueden gestionar contratos, coordinar tareas con road managers, diferentes niveles de accesos para usuarios, avisos, tareas...

Cons

No hay ninguna desventaja. Quizá se necesita algo de tiempo para familiarizarse con el software y la manera de organizar los contactos, por el resto, perfecto.

It has been a great experience so far, we're still looking for ways of making it work better and ways of integrating it to our internal process for better controls.

Pros

How easy it makes the process of creating contracts, invoices and sending emails directly from the SystemOne. The it's a really nice integrated software that helps automating some process, keeping extra time to more important things, with a great consistency. The support has been great, from as far as I used. The system is intuitive as well.

Cons

\- The formulary function could be more personalised, as the google forms it is for example. Making use of different orders for filling it up and even using some images. - It would be great to have a way of importing data to SystemOne instead of only exporting, as you can export a calendar but you can't input it from outside. - The app could be more powerful to use on the go, it's really sad that you need to use it on a browser on the telephone in order to do more complicated tasks.

We love working with SystemOne, it is easy to work with, organised, always updated with the newest features and the direct contact with the company helps us with features that suit our company's needs in the program.

Pros

The structure of the pages, the task manager, the database and extra features such as advancement info and logistic info.

Cons

There are many aesthetic changes being made while other updates should perhaps be given more priority.

Pros

Modern, schlicht, funktionell und sehr freundliches Team. Immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar, egal ob für Feedback oder Notfälle

Cons

Mobile-browser version ist etwas kompliziert zu benutzen und leider muss man die Flüge immer noch doppelt eintragen (1x für Artist / 1x für Promoter)

Very positive! I had a e-sign training session with \[sensitive content hidden\] that was very useful and she is really good at explaining for someone who is new to the e-sign feature! This is a very good service that you provide, and it was very useful. Another positive thing is how easy it is to get in contact with your service team whenever we have questions or need help with setting things up, or changing something in our system. SystemOne is easy to customize, and your tutorials/ help sections are great when feeling stuck!

Pros

Easy to use, and easy to learn or teach. The interface is very intuitive and understandable even in the beginning of using it.

Cons

Some of the boxes that pop up when adding new info on promoters or venues, this means you have to switch between multiple windows if you copy/ paste info from for instance an email. I would rather be able to put in the info right in the production page. This is mostly annoying when working on a small screen offcourse, so it´s not a big problem, but it would make the process a bit more seamless when working on tour or out of the office :) Another thing is that our artists often get logged out/ lose their password and it seems like they can´t update it themselves but we need to go in to the system and reset the password for them to be able to update it. It would save some time and emails/ calls if they could just do it themselves with a "forgot password" option. This also means we have to log into the computer, and can´t do it from the phone app (as far as I know), which can be tricky if you don´t have your computer.

The SystemOne team has been responsive to feedback and support and receptive to our needs as new updates roll out. We've also found it to be the most reasonably priced software of this type.

Pros

SystemOne makes it easy to share real-time calendar information between team members and clients about tour plans. Contracts and invoices can be issued directly from and tracked within the system. Documents can be stored and tied to the corresponding client, promoter, venue, or performance date. Reports can be customized. The SystemOne team is receptive to ideas for new features.

Cons

I would like to see a future update with the ability to include multiple types of promoter contacts on a report. Now, we can only include the signatory and one additional contact from the venue. It would be helpful to be able to pull a report that has all of the production contacts for a tour or all of the marketing or ticket count contacts. We are able to store the contacts in the promoter profile, but there is not currently an option to include them on a report for a series of dates.
