From the start it's been easy to work with User Vista. The team is extremely friendly and accommodating, and they don't nickel and dime you for every custom integration. They work with you to provide a custom survey solution that delights your users and gives you invaluable feedback. I have nothing but great things to say.

Pros

Pros of User Vista: 1. It's easy to setup 2. You have hundreds of templates to choose from 3. I love the AI summarization for qualitative feedback 4. I love the user ranking algorithm 5. They remove all of their branding from the tool and make it look and feel like your site.

Cons

1\. It Could be easier to set up segmentation 2. The user reporting could be better, we use amplitude to supplement.
