"High Recommend Shop Software"
Overall: Easy Truck Shop is the best product I have ever used! It is so easy to use, and it works very well. Creating and sending invoices to customers is very simple. Easy to track inventory. The timesheet works great. Integration with Quickbooks is very convenient. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. The team works very quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use product for their shop repair.

Overall: From day one i was able to run the shop fully without any training. Highly recommend.

Overall: Switching from out past outdated software to this one was a big move for us. We stopped using papers for our work orders and processing invoices has become 3 times faster which helps me focus on other tasks. I couldn't imagine an easier thing to help us keep track of our inventory. It because easier on our mechanics to create work orders and ask for help if needed. All of them are very grateful for the choice we made to move software.
Pros: The simplicity of navigating the software overall.
Cons: I've been working with Easy Truck Shop for 5 months now and so far I don't have a single bad thing to say about it.
"Easy Truck Shop for the Win!!"
Overall: I could not imagine running a heavy duty repair shop without using a software like ETS. Everything is tied together on one platform, from parts inventory, to work orders, to invoicing customers. There are a great number of features ETS offers to make shop life easier. service - we are able to sort services by estimates, upcoming, on site, priority , and completed/ ready to be invoiced. PM services- each unit that comes into the shop has its own pm service created vin specific, so when a pm service is created all filters/ oil we need for that job are automatically put on the job so we dont waste time looking up filters every time the truck comes in the shop. Parts - running the parts department is uncomplicated with ETS , managing cores is not a challenge, keeping parts in stock customers- every fleet we help service is saved into our ETS data base. Its as easy as typing in the unit number or the last few digits of the vin and we are able to start creating a work order.
Pros: Simplicity, easy to use. Inventory - Keeping track of inventory is straightforward with ETS. Invoicing - creating and sending customers invoices is effortless with ETS.
Cons: there is no downside to using Easy Truck Shop.
