Excellent - very personal experience and helped having the install team onsite for A People.

Pros

It was beneficial that we had installed Alkimii People in advance and had time to familiarise ourselves with it. Great that our Maintenance Manager had previous experience using the system in another property. Great that it was a consistent person/point of contact Naoise - as we were able to develop rapport and confidence.

Cons

The training was a little condensed, didn't offer enough time between sessions to allow the project team to review and set up the different elements. However we installed at a busy time of the year when holidays for the project team had been prebooked, this certainly didn't help. However with this noted, the support is amazing, so if any questions arose then we felt confident reaching out to the team.

Pros

To now have everything streamlined and in the one place has been a game changer. Everyone in the team is able to access relevant information, be able to complete checklists, report maintenance issues anywhere on the property, rather than having to log into a PC. The ability to adapt everything to suit what we need.

Cons

Mobile app can sometimes glitch when completing some tasks, but it is being updated constantly it never results in being an issue.

At first was difficult as this was new system, Now the hotel would struggle with information flowing correctly if it was not in place

Pros

Shift Notes - Easy of Information flow - Customizable Maintenance - Detail of issues - Instant Communications Oversight - Accountability and oversight is easy to maintain

Cons

Shift Notes would be better if there was an option to add tasks and mark them as done or not. Eg if someone needed to follow up on something
