Cons Being a newer software with a smaller crew historically, it has been expectedly buggy with a user interface that is functional but not the prettiest. Several of my notes have been accidentally deleted in the past due to software error but it is rare and hasn't happened in a long time. I used to play "whack a mole" with editing and saving and previewing then re-editing and re-saving and re-previewing, etc etc in order to make the software spit out what I needed. I find I don't fight with it that way anymore. It has been a game changer for my practice. I laugh at audits. Insurance companies cant play their games with me. I spend seconds on documentation and more time for the patients' care. Pros Ultra fast documentation that tracks all the important metrics, I get more time to spend treating patients and spend less time on the "boring" stuff. Tech support is as simple as sending an email and the problem is quickly addressed. Cons Cons? There are no real Cons. It does everything I need it to do and it doesnt cost me a stupid amount of money. September 4, 2024 5.0 It's phenomenal, designed by an chiropractor with decades of experience in compliance and documentation. It facilitates patient charting in an easy to use system that tracks patient outcomes automatically. Pros The amazingly easy and fast charting and billing system. It is fully compliant, tracks metrics for patient improvement and outcome markers, is server based so you have full ownership of your practice/documentation. Cons The server based platform is a little tricky in a world where almost everything is web based, but you can remote in if you are charting from home. Web based programs allow for more integrations, such as billing, scheduling, payments, etc. Though, with the connection to ClinicMind/Genesis, these things are possible. Pros Bulletproof Chiro allows me to achieve excellent documentation without taking up lots of time between patients or at the end of the work day. Cons There's really nothing that I can say here. Cons The thing I like the least about BulletProof Chiro is not enough chiros use it. Right now only integrates with one clearinghouse that we don't use. So we have to use a separate system for billing purposes. September 22, 2024 5.0 The overall experience has been wonderful and psotitive. Pros THe software is what the title says it is. Virtually "Bullet Proof!" he intuitive layout sequentially laid out is the best in the business and the automatic assessment feature once initially configured, which is very easy is amazing. The learning curve is very short and \[sensitive content hidden\] and software \[sensitive content hidden\]are a joy to work with and respond very quickly to questions or assistance. I don't know how I managed to do with Bulletproof software all this time. It has flawlessly worked in PI cases; I have never had issues with insurance payment for services utilizing this software. It has withstood IME reviews without a glitch when used as intended. Bulletproof now has integrated billing services making it a one stop EMR and billing platform. THe best part is it is extremely affordable with an initial purchase followed by a super affordable monthly subscription rate that includes lifetime updates/upgrades and support. I highly recommend this software, 5 stars all the way bar none! Cons I have no Cons worthy of mentioning at this time. Pros Bulletproof Chiro ensures that my documentation is done right and that results in documentation that satisfies all insurance providers and other professionals. I wish I had changed sooner as my notes are no longer having typos as before I did all voice documentation Pros It covers probably everything needed for good documentation of care for liability and billing needs. Some parts such as for PI is outstanding. I like the people too. \[sensitive content hidden\] walks the talk. Price is good too and don't need cloud to work on notes. Cons I have been told I am in the minority on some things I like to document but it lacks a few things such as T-spine ROM. Is ROM abnormal because of Pain or decreased degrees of movement? Pros Bulletproof allows us to delivery personal injury notes with clarity and precision. Cons Searching for a patient is cumbersome.
