Overall, it's a user-friendly tool that meets our data needs perfectly. Cons The main area for improvement would be having more control over customizing KPIs and metrics on our own. If we could make small edits without needing additional support, it would be much more convenient. Additionally, having the option to download reports as Word files would be very helpful. In the future, if we can generate and download reports directly from Minerva, it would align even better with our needs.
