Cons Asset Class specific pre-designed tools were limited, at least for our very specific asset class, that of non performing loans. Pros This product has been very well customized to meet our specific needs. The setup process included our input, so the final product looked and worked as we wanted. It's very easy to use, with a simple interface that makes navigation quick and intuitive. This has allowed us to manage our data efficiently without spending time on training or troubleshooting. Overall, it's a user-friendly tool that meets our data needs perfectly. Cons The main area for improvement would be having more control over customizing KPIs and metrics on our own. If we could make small edits without needing additional support, it would be much more convenient. Additionally, having the option to download reports as Word files would be very helpful. In the future, if we can generate and download reports directly from Minerva, it would align even better with our needs.
