It came with my IT Glue subscription so I'm not sure if it comes as a stand alone. Pros The ability to share passwords with clients securely is beautiful. I used to email or text passwords and email always made me nervous. I have not used all the features available because we just started using it but I feel much more secure for my clients now. Cons I have not found anything negative yet. We have only been using it for four to six weeks so it is still new. I'm sure I'll find some problem eventually but it is very simple. Pros The thing that stands out with MyGlue is how easy it is to use. As a new MSP employee it is extremely easy to use and learn. Cons There is not necessarily anything I dislike about MyGlue. As a new MSP employee it is just a learning curve for me. Pros sharing passwords with our coworkers and I love their SOP format. I like that it uses 256-bit AES encryption for internet connections and double-encrypts stored passwords. Cons the mobile app has been with limited with their functions. Getting my customers to learn about the product is a little cumbersome.
