I feel like the advertisement of this product didn't live up to the hype. Pros We never got it fully working. We were mostly using it to get a map of our network but we ended up using UniFi instead. Nothing particularly special but does integrate with ITG and other items, which is essential. Pros Constant scanning of network for new devices, handy to keep an eye on what staff or contractors are plugging in. Integrates with ITG well. Cons Requirements to run on windows only, needs a permanent device on the site which has access to all VLANs. The integration with the rest of the Kaseya stack add a huge bonus if you're invested with Kaseya. Pros Integration with the Microsoft Suite is a huge leap forward. Being able to sync groups, licenses, intune, and bitlocker all into IT Glue - a great game changer. Cons Setup for integrations isn't always easy and the documentation can sometimes leave you wanting. IT Glue support varies depending on who you get so you have to be patient. You need to configure SNMPv3 to get any real benefit of the network mapping - otherwise its just kind of a generic afterthought.
