Pros

Handles our hybrid (subscription + overages) pricing models easily. Integrates with our CRM, ERP, and payment gateways and automates billing and revenue recognition per accounting standards. Their support team is responsive and regularly adds new features based on our feedback.

Cons

Nothing as such comes to mind currently.

Our pricing experiments are no longer bottlenecked by developers. We can iterate quickly with the flexibility that Zenskar provides. This has saved us valuable engineering bandwidth and allowed us to focus on our core product rather than constantly building and maintaining an in-house billing system.

Pros

Handling usage data for billing was becoming a nightmare for us. Finance teams struggled to navigate through databases, leading to endless requests for reports from the tech team. Zenskar helped us set up usage metering, and billing that were easy to understand and intuitive for all departments to use. Zenskar has become a single point of truth for everything billing. They also consistently ship new modules and features.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy to mention. Everything has been smooth, and their support team is quick to troubleshoot via Slack.
