The sales rep we dealt with over two or three weeks decided to go over our heads and email our \[sensitive content hidden\] when we gave him a flat no and said we didn't want their service. That's pretty scummy. Despite our flat no, there was a possibility we might come back to it in the future, but after the sales rep decided to go above our heads like that, there's no possibility we would ever go with this company ever again.

Pros

Nothing. The sales rep prevented us from getting that far. We will not be using this service

There’s a slight learning curve when setting up advanced flows, but the support team was always available to help and made the process much easier.

Pros

The ability to enable SMS on our existing Microsoft Teams numbers was seamless and professional. We can now engage with customers faster, automate follow-ups, and even book apointments without lifting a finger.

Clerk chat walk us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and made what seemed daunting feel effortless. Since implementing Clerk Chat, we’ve been able to handle customer inquiries faster and more effectively.

Pros

We didn’t have to change numbers or go through complicated setups—it just worked! The ability to send and receive messages directly from our business line gives us a professional edge and keeps everything centralized.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it would be nice to see even more pre-built templates for different industries

Now, the AI handles the entire process, ensuring no one slips through the cracks. We’ve seen a 30% increase in demo bookings since implementing it.

Pros

Clerk Chat’s AI has completely streamlined our lead management process. We use it to automatically engage leads via SMS and WhatsApp, and the results have been outstanding. For example, when someone expresses interest in our services, the AI takes over and guides them through booking a demo without any manual intervention. It sends reminders, answers common questions, and even reschedules if necessary. This level of automation has freed up our sales team to focus on closing deals rather than chasing down leads.

Cons

The only thing I’d love to see is deeper integration with our CRM to pull even more customized data into the conversation and make it bi-directional.

With Clerk Chat, we’ve been able to automate a huge portion of our customer interactions while still maintaining a personal touch. AI can handle FAQs, appointment scheduling, and even initial lead qualification seamlessly, all through WhatsApp. The setup was straightforward, and the bots integrate perfectl y with our workflows. Plus, the analytics help us continuously optimize AI responses for better engagement.

Cons

The only downside is that the building Flows is complex, but that’s a small trade-off for the incredible functionality it offers
