Pros

Ever since I've started using Knockio, I have had so much ease with managing my team and jobs. The tracking system, communication with text, phone and email and the ability to personalize are some attributes that have made a difference for my business.

Cons

From the rep side, it’s pretty straightforward. They can knock, log notes, and move on without overthinking it. From my side, I can see who’s working, where they’re working, and who might need a push. It’s helped a lot with accountability, but not in a micromanaging way. If you’re running a door-to-door team, it’s definitely worth trying. It’s one of those tools that just makes your day easier once it’s part of your routine.

Pros

We’ve been using Knockio for a while now with our roofing sales team, and honestly it’s made a big difference in how we operate day to day. Before this, we had reps all over the place using different methods to track leads and follow-ups, and things would slip through the cracks. Knockio kind of cleaned that up for us. Now everything’s in one place, and it’s a lot easier to see what’s actually going on in the field without having to chase people down.

Cons

I don’t see any cons at this point because it’s helped us so much. The only real concern is that, like any system, you get the most out of it when the team fully buys in and uses it consistently. Once everyone gets in the habit of using it daily, it really starts to show its value and becomes part of the routine.

Pros

It is very easy to use and was also easy to move all of my work flow over to one app that has crm and canvas tracking and data all in one. Plus the phone systems and email being able to use alot of my fay to day activities all in one place

Cons

I did not find anything i dislike about the app at the time. Great features and east to use. Very satisfied

I love that you have complete integration without having to use multiple apps. Do you have canvassing and contact management at your fingertips?

Cons

So far, I haven’t seen any cons I love the way. Everything is seemly, integrated, and self intuitive

It has been nice to have everything condensed into one application. It’s easy to onboard and has a similar layout to other applications so it’s been a smooth transition

Pros

How everything we need is housed in one software. Constantly getting updates and adding new features

Cons

Nothing specific, each time I’ve had a feature I missed from another software it seems it’s been added within a week or two
