Highly recommend if you are just getting into the industry as I was. Pros Bambi has incredible customer support and it is a very user friendly software. The dispatching section, which is the heart of the program, has been set up very smartly and the interface is clean and uncluttered with unnecessary widgets. The price is great and there are no hidden upcharges for different modules like other software packages. We couldn't ask for more out of the customer service. The live person when we need help is always there. Pros The layout of main screen and ease of use. Cons dashboard and some of the reporting is taking us some time to learn. " April 12, 2026 5.0 I’ve had a good experience with Bambi, I love how responsive they are to email and I really feel they’re on top of issues as soon as you report them. Pros I like the Bambi team making constant improvements to the software and not letting it get old and stale. Cons There should be more text message notification options for the passengers. You would be surprised how new the product is as they've already created a better overall product than competitors. Pros Great functionality and very helpful support team. Product is already very good and evolving and improving. Cons It's great, but a few functions like scheduling could still be refined so the process is more user friendly. Most frustrating thing is waiting for the great things that are on the dev roadmap. Review Source NC Nakaa C. owner Consumer Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Effortless NEMT Management" October 8, 2025 5.0 I can honestly say this is probably the best I have used in a while, I like that I can let bambi do all the hard work like routing, trying to fit trips please and then moving them around was so much of a headache Bambi really takes that stress off my plate, also the invoicing is so smooth and easy just 2 clicks I don't have to do the math I that it shows me the breakdown of the cost and how I can make adjustments. Pros Ease of use, smooth navigation of the settings, the smart features. the RUN BAMBI RUN is amazing, dispatch board looks and feels like a calendar which I love and feel comfortable with. Cons one thing I didn't like to much is building the pricing schemes for each payer, I do feel like there should be some type of way that where we can put in each price for each level and that just be set for the payer if I have the pricing for multiple payers. We would recommend this to any NEMT company that is needing a little extra help during the day. Pros We have had a great experience with Bambi. Bambi has made it incredibly easy to map out runs and add driver schedules in to the system. Our team had an easy time getting used to the app. Cons It would be nice if we could add different abilities for individual drivers. Some of our drivers have different weight limits, so I do find myself looking through all the runs when we run Bambi to make sure it is within each drivers capabilities. The drivers and dispatch team love it. It has made their day-to-day task simple Pros Friendly and easy to use software. Does not require a lot of training to start using it unlike other software's that it sems like enrolling in a tech university just to get the training and also calling all your drivers to train them on just using an app Cons Non. I do not have any cons in the meantime. The team is very efficient. They answer our calls anytime we need.
