Overall IMEX ONLINE is a great efficient program, easy to use once you get the hang of it and amazing support staff. I highly recommend this program.

Pros

Once you get the hang of the program it’s super easy and efficient. The tech support for IMEX ONLINE is top notch they are easy to contact and extremely helpful without delay.

Cons

The program does take some time to get used to, but once you do it’s very smooth and easy. I think my only real complaint is how many clicks it takes to print something in the program; there are just way too many clicks it would be nice if it can be streamlined to click only once or twice.

Overall the experience has been great. Support has always been fast and accurate. The transition for my team has been pretty fast and the learning curve pretty short and non disruptive to the production in the shop.

Pros

Detailed information, easy to track production

Cons

Takes some time to work out bugs with CDK interface but once mapping is correct it runs smooth.
