Pros

これまで部門や担当者によって商品データの管理方法がバラバラで一元管理できていませんでした。 HANABI Dataを使って当社の商品データをクラウドで一元管理することで、最新の商品データはHANABI Dataを見れば良いという状態になり、助かっています。 価格が非常に安いと思います。 カスタマーサポートは親切で、丁寧に初期設定のサポートをしてくれました。

Cons

2024年3月時点で権限機能が搭載されていませんが、近いうちに搭載されるそうなので期待しています。

Pros

取引先に合わせて商品マスタを変換できる点が気に入り、導入しました。 弊社は取引先数が多く、取引先毎に商品マスタを変換する作業でコストがかかっていましたが、そのコストをかなり削減できました。 取引先との商品項目マッピングをAIが支援してくれたり、AIでキャッチコピーなどを生成できる点も良いです。 新しいサービスなので、画面がイマドキでサクサク操作でき、使いやすいです。

Cons

改善してほしい点は特にありませんが、今後も機能が追加されていくようなので、期待しています。
