TiPJAR also enables them to access their Service Charge money 5 days after the week ends, giving them a weekly income to support their daily life. From a Company perspective TiPJAR enables us to keep the Service Charge and Tronc completely separated from the business. Cons TiPJAR has come a long way since the early days. The platform, product offering and the support offered have drastically improved over time and the team behind it has always been extremely supportive.
