I would rate it 9/10 i have enjoyed using Easy repair on a daily basis. Improved workflow and communication with customers.

Pros

Able to update customers from my phone and write in english and have it translate into spanish Updates customers immediately

Cons

Nothing to dislike at the moment, compared to CCC work flow it works out much easier and less glitches

Outstanding program. Very easy to use and adds to overall customer satisfaction. Geeat support, whenever we find a need, they respond almost immediately.

Pros

Very responsive. Ease of use, and actually makes my job easier. Very supportive for customers and they live all the capabilities.

Cons

Not much of anything. When there is an issue, we submit a ticket, and the issue is resolved almost instantly.

The Team is great to work with and are all from the business and are in Collision Centers daily. They are not a software company outside of the day to day grind building software trying to push on us. They are truly offering a product that makes our business more productive and profitable. Less Stress too.

Pros

We love and use the scheduling on every vehicle.

Cons

I have been thinking for a few minutes and can't think of anything that I dislike about this product

Exceptional. We have moved from a very antiquated scheduling method to one that people have come to expect from professional entities.

Pros

I like the customer facing appearance. I have demonstrated sending messages, auth forms, etc. to myself and it has a very professional presentation.

Cons

Any deficiencies, so far have been limited to how WE use the program. Not the program itself.
