Pros

It was easy to sign up, but harder to get set up and start using the software. My small organization did not end up ever receiving a report.

Cons

I needed to cancel my subscription. I emailed 10 days after their renewal date, which was still 20 days before the start of the new annual term. They refused to cancel the subscription and insisted that I pay for an additional year term.
