This has reduced the time taken to treat each student and reduce the number of transactions required to handle the administrative load.

Pros

One stop shop to organize and manage all levels in the company from the owners, administrators, students and instructors.

Cons

No complaints. We are all very happy with the product here!

Overall, Colibri has significantly improved our school's operations and efficiency, allowing us to provide a better service to our students. And their customer service team is super helpful and easy to work with.

Pros

Using Colibri has been a game-changer for our school. Our office staff now has the bandwidth to focus on high-priority tasks like sales and customer service, thanks to the time saved on administrative work. With Colibri, we've been able to eliminate costly mistakes and streamline our operations. One of the most valuable features for us has been the online portal for students and self-booking capabilities. This has not only improved our efficiency but also enhanced the overall experience for our students. Additionally, with Colibri's recurring payments feature we no longer have to chase payments; they simply come in automatically, giving us peace of mind and improving our cash flow management.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons. Perhaps a suggestion for future improvement would be to allow us to customize the color scheme for every branch. It would make it easier to identify the branch we are working in. But even that is just nitpicking.
