Absolutely amazing! Has been very beneficial for both onsite and residents! The communication for both residents and maintenance, as well as the reviews left for our maintenance team has been wonderful!

The communication with the residents from maintenance! It helps alleviate the onsite office team from having to figure out if the work orders are completed or what needs to be completed!

Cons

The timing was off for a while. There wasn't much of a connection with the work orders being placed to the notification being sent to maintenance.

Overall AppWork has been better than I expected, and it makes everyone's job easier and faster. It makes supervising way easier than it was before.

Pros

1\. Very easy to use. 2. Great for keeping maintenance techs organized. 3. AppWork has videos to show techs how to fix an issue or trouble shooting steps for all work orders. 4. Techs can receive rewards for working hard and completing work orders in a timely manner.

Work order system is great. Easy to read and go thru with anything you need to do. Its great for multiple people looking at it as well.

Managing a larger property with multiple employees to supervise can be challenging, but this app has significantly improved my team’s efficiency. I also want to personally thank you and your team for your "yes we can do that" attitude. It has made a world of difference for us.

Pros

The analytics, in particular, have taken a huge workload off of my shoulders. The system makes it easy to keep up with everyone's productivity and identify individual strengths and weaknesses, which allows me to ensure I am sending the best person for every job.

Cons

As one of the properties selected for beta testing, we had the opportunity to work closely with \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team. They provided excellent onsite training, generously bought lunch for the staff, and remained highly engaged through consistent weekly follow-up meetings. Throughout the entire process, they maintained a "can-do" attitude and accommodated all of our needs. I would have to say the only con is it didn't happen sooner.

I really like how simple AppWork is to use and how the badges and coins create friendly competition among the teams. The badges help with adoption, making it easier for teams to embrace the software. To date we have no complaints about the app. It is very easy to use. The only issue we had was that we have two properties we manage and originally only one was showing up but that was quickly resolved.
