Very good! I think they have done a great job building a good program and a culture of customer service focused.

Pros

Very customer service oriented and responsive. They train in person and visit our communities to ensure their program is working correctly. Always improving their app and making it user friendly.

Cons

Some issues with their program, glitches with photo capture, but their team worked fast to update and fix the issues.

How easy it is to use and how it holds everything we need to use for make readys, work orders and more so easy.

Cons

Nothing there is nothing that I or my team does not like about Appworks. We have been using it for a few months and no complaints

The experience has been seamless, the team was onboarded within a few hours and back out in the field, this has kept them engaged and we are seeing higher quality performance

Pros

The insight reports and daily messages about the status of the property, it really gives us a picture of what is happening on the site level

Cons

At this time, I haven't found any issues or things I don't like about the app, anytime we had an issue, which was minimal, the appwork team responded quickly and solved the problem.

Pros

Love the work order management with easy communication regarding delays, etc. I also love how easy the app is to work, and how it quantifies what work maintenance teams are doing.

Cons

No complaints here, the only thing I liked the least was onboarding, mainly just because brand new products can be tricky to learn!

Refreshing, Its great working alongside a team of people who have came from the property management sector. They can put themselves in our teams shoes and create a smooth workflow process

The ease of the integration, their willingness to listen and innovate from those conversations. This has been one of my favorite partnerships

If I had to come up with one, it would be that I wish I came up with this idea. So far there are no cons.

Overall, I think it is a very good app and makes things simple, easy, and convenient. I enjoy not having to go to 5 different software's to do things anymore!

Pros

I like the organization of appwork. Everything is in one place and easy to navigate. It makes my work load much easier.

Cons

I do not like the AI feature of the title of work orders. Usually it doesn't align with the work ticket. It should take key words and use it to ensure it is correct.

Overall, AppWork stands out as one of the better maintenance software solutions I’ve used. It combines ease of use with powerful features that support both team coordination and resident communication.

Pros

I’ve been using AppWork since August 2025 and have found it to be a user-friendly and highly functional maintenance management tool. The software offers a variety of features that help keep operations organized and efficient. One standout feature is the Make Ready Board, which allows for quick and easy data entry simply by clicking on the relevant box — a very intuitive design. Another impressive feature is the work order resident communication tool. It enables direct communication with residents via phone, text, or email, all within the work order itself. This level of integration is something I haven’t seen in other platforms and adds significant value to resident engagement. AppWork also provides access to a wide range of reports, which I’m still exploring due to the extensive variety available. These reporting capabilities offer great potential for deeper insights and operational tracking.

Cons

Some of the reports do not pull full information. I would be great if work order details and any added comments had a report that could be pulled in excel. It would also be helpful to be able to listen to calls instead of requesting the recording.

AppWork is a user friendly work order program that I can not say enough about. This program saves me time and helps regulate work flow for me.

Pros

Work Order Management, organization for my team, work accountability and work flow management, makes inspections smoother.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about AppWork . I would recommend it to anyone who does property management.
