Pros

he can transcribe meetings and summarize them. I no longer need an assistant to record meeting results.

Cons

currently I have to subscribe to the highest plan to be able to transcribe in my language (bahasa indonesia).

My overall experience has been good. We've found the product effective at helping us understand what our customer pain points are and have used that to improve our sales processes.

Pros

I found the onboarding process quite smooth. I was able to get the team onboarded within a couple hours. The buyer insights feature looks really promising.

Cons

Additional integrations for VOIP solutions.

My whole experience with Lerno is a good one and I would recommend

Pros

The most important thing I like about Lerno is the fact that it takes note for me during meetings and helps me to note tasks that I am supposed to carry out after each meeting.

Cons

Nothing for now. I am an satisfied user of this tool
