Using CyberPanel has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made when it comes to server management. Everything about it, from the features to the support, is a complete letdown. I don’t even know where to start with how bad this panel is. First off, nothing works the way it’s supposed to. The WordPress installer, which they market as “1-click,” is a complete mess. I kept running into permission errors and missing dependencies, and what should have taken a few seconds turned into hours of troubleshooting. SSL automation? It’s a joke. Certificates fail to validate randomly, and there’s no clear explanation or useful error messages to figure out what’s wrong. The email system is another disaster. Spam filtering doesn’t work at all, and setting up basic things like DKIM and DMARC is overly complicated. I’ve used free panels that handle email better than this. On top of that, backups—one of the most critical features—are completely unreliable. I had backups that wouldn’t restore properly, leaving me with missing files and no idea what went wrong. To make matters worse, the panel itself feels insecure. The backend is clunky, and after doing some research, I realized there are major vulnerabilities in how it handles configurations, especially with OpenLiteSpeed. If you’re managing anything important, CyberPanel is a ticking time bomb waiting to cause serious damage. And then there’s the support—or the complete lack of it. I decided to give their premium plan a try, thinking it would at least come with some level of decent customer service. Big mistake. The responses were slow, generic, and often completely irrelevant to the issues I was having. When I finally decided I’d had enough and requested a refund—well within their 7-day trial period—they denied it because I’d used a coupon code. A coupon code. This was after I’d spent hours trying to make their broken system work. CyberPanel has been nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. It’s buggy, unreliable, insecure, and backed by some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. If you’re considering it, save yourself the frustration and go with literally anything else. This panel isn’t worth your time or money.

Pros

The only positive aspect of CyberPanel is its integrated OpenLiteSpeed, which can offer decent performance if you manage to get it working—but even this is overshadowed by the many glaring issues.

Cons

CyberPanel has numerous cons that make it a poor choice for server management. The WordPress installer is buggy, with constant permission errors and missing dependencies that render the “1-click install” claim misleading. SSL automation frequently fails, providing no useful error messages to help troubleshoot. Backups are unreliable, with restores often incomplete or failing altogether. The email management system is subpar, with ineffective spam filters and overly complex DKIM/DMARC setup. Security is a major concern, as the panel feels unstable and prone to vulnerabilities, particularly with OpenLiteSpeed configurations. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, often requiring terminal commands for basic tasks. Customer support is another major issue—responses are slow, generic, and unhelpful, even for premium users. Adding insult to injury, their refund policy is restrictive and unreasonable; I was denied a refund during their advertised trial period simply because I used a coupon code.

Pros

I use Openlitespeed server. Except for the cases that Openlitespeed does not support, I have never had any problems with my website \[sensitive content hidden\]. It is really good that the technical support team is interested. Plugins are also affordable

Cons

I can't say anything about it because I haven't had a problem.

I have been using it for about 3 years. I had problems with some issues. Thanks to the technical support, it was solved although I did not have any knowledge.

Pros

It is very simple to install and use. My website is faster thanks to Openlitespeed support. I can get technical support when needed.

Cons

After installation, the database consumed a lot of CPU. However, I use wordpress. Thanks to Cyberpanel addons, this problem was solved.

I've had a generally good customer experience with CyberPanel. The intuitive design and user-friendly interface have greatly simplified the process of maintaining my web hosting responsibilities. My websites now load faster thanks to performance optimization options like the LiteSpeed web server, which I enjoy. I also feel more at ease knowing that my websites are safe from online attacks thanks to CyberPanel's security measures. I've saved a ton of time installing updates and setting up new websites thanks to the one-click installer for popular apps. I value the variety of features and tools that are accessible to speed up the creation and management of websites But I have run into a few little problems and restrictions with several third-party programs and plugins, which have taken more work to resolve. All things considered, though, I am happy with CyberPanel's value for the money and would suggest them to anyone else searching for a dependable and effective web hosting option.

Pros

CyberPanel has an intuitive interface that is enhanced for both security and efficiency. Both novices and experts will find its simple design to be appealing as it streamlines web hosting duties. LiteSpeed server efficiency improves performance and reduces resource costs for cloud and VPS hosting. Time is saved via one-click installs for widely used programs like WordPress, Joomla, and Magento. Efficient processes are facilitated by developer-friendly technologies such as support for several languages and Git integration. With its strong features and performance, CyberPanel retains exceptional value despite being reasonably priced

Cons

The learning curve of CyberPanel might use some work, especially for inexperienced users. Although the UI is generally easy to use, some novices might first find it difficult to use particular features or functionalities.

I moved from Plesk to CyberPanel as a customer mainly because of CyberPanel's reputation for providing a more resource-efficient and lightweight solution. CyberPanel's clean style and user-friendly interface drew me in since they made it seem like they would make managing my web hosting duties easier. I was also drawn to CyberPanel's performance optimization features, which included the integration of LSCache and the LiteSpeed web server, these technologies promised to enhance overall performance and speed up website loading times. CyberPanel's efficiency, performance, security, and usability made it an appealing option for our business.
