Overall, Dart has made it easier to stay on top of projects without turning task management into another task. For anyone who likes clean interfaces, keyboard shortcuts, and a bit of AI sprinkled in, it's definitely worth checking out.

Pros

What stood out to me right away was how fast everything feels. Creating tasks, organizing projects, and updating progress takes almost no effort. The interface is clean, which means I spend less time figuring out where things are and more time actually getting work done. The AI features are also surprisingly useful. I was skeptical at first, but they've helped with brainstorming, organizing thoughts, and speeding up some of my daily workflow.

Cons

I've occasionally run into minor syncing delays between devices, and some actions can feel a little clunky when editing or moving tasks. Nothing major, but enough that I notice it from time to time.

My overall experience with Dart has been very positive. It is simple, fast, and easy to use, which makes managing daily tasks feel less overwhelming. I like that I can quickly create tasks, organize my work, and keep track of what needs to be done without spending too much time figuring out the platform.

Pros

Dart has been really easy to use and helped me stay more organized with my daily tasks. I like that the interface is clean and not too complicated, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable with it. Creating tasks, checking updates, and keeping track of what needs to be done feels quick and simple.

Cons

There are still a few small things that could be improved. Some features feel like they are still being developed, and occasionally clicking or editing tasks can feel a little awkward. I also think it may not have every advanced feature that bigger tools have yet.

Pros

Clean and extensive interface, with an extensive set of supplemental tools that are always a click away without cluttering the user experience

Cons

Seems less useful for myself as an IC for task management. Is more of a tool I can use as reference while my manager and the project team actually use it

Overall very pleased and the updates keep improving my experience with the tool. They are very receptive to feedback!

Pros

I like how Dart has an easy sprint cycle rollover feature to archive completed task automatically. We used to use Trello and would have to do a lot of that manually. It also has a simple clean interface with helpful keyboard shortcuts. The AI document features and integration with ChatGPT are also helpful and I use them to do stuff like prepare meeting notes or draft emails/longer slack messages. The Slack integration is also useful for getting notifications where I’ll see them.

Cons

Clicking on tasks to select them without editing titles can be a bit finicky. Also I previously had an issue using Dart on the mobile app but they’ve just fixed that.

Overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive!

Pros

The keyboard shortcuts save so much time when I have a lot of tasks to create. The Dart team also keeps adding super cool new AI features. With the ChatGPT integration, I can have ChatGPT talk me through my to-do list for the day while I'm driving to work and add/edit tasks on the go.

Cons

On the desktop app, the live syncing between different devices could be improved - I sometimes have to refresh the apps to see changes I've made elsewhere.

It can definitely be a pain to switch task/product management tools, but I’m glad I took the time to use Dart. I have felt very organized and productive while using it and find that fewer tasks slip through since it is so easy to use.

Pros

I like the simple interface, but there are a lot of sophisticated features. It works very fast and helps me stay organized.

Cons

When I first started using the product it didn’t have all the features I wanted, like subtasks. But I’ve really appreciated how open the team is to feedback and they are super responsive with questions about the product.

I have used a variety of less sophisticated tools before using Dart. But I wanted to try something new and the use of AI to increase my speed was super appealing to me.
