Other review platforms I've dealt with charge a per-seat fee, so I had to constantly mark up my review management service, just to make it profitable. I like that ReviewFlo on the other hand, only charges a flat monthly/annual fee. Overall ReviewFlo has been nothing but positive! Pros ReviewFlo is an incredible platform for both businesses & agencies who want to start selling white-label online reputation management services. It's easy to use, & their support is top-notch. Cons They do not (yet) have a built-in prospecting tool, though they're in the process of developing one which should be available soon from what the developers have told me. However, this hiccup shouldn't be much of an issue for agencies willing to put in the work to build their client base, or established agencies who already have a number of clients. Switched from [Grade.us](https://www.capterra.com/p/137378/Grade-us/) GradeUs was great, but for us, it fell short when it came to support, & it simply became too much of a cost burden with their "per seat" pricing model. Pros I LOVE that ReviewFlo doesn't limit you to the number of review request emails/texts you can send. It's a simple, easy-to-use interface even for someone like myself who doesn't have much technical experience. Also, their pricing is super reasonable, picked up a lifetime license from them the other day after being on their monthly plan since September of last year. In short, this platform is going places & I'm happy to be along for the ride! Cons The only con about ReviewFlo is that you can't reply to reviews from platforms other than Google, & Facebook. However, it was explained to me that this lack of functionality is standard. Switched from [Grade.us](https://www.capterra.com/p/137378/Grade-us/) They were too expensive, & getting them to respond even before I was a customer of theirs was a chore...
