### "A Platform That Evolves With Your Needs"

Zenfire is an intuitive, reliable tool that makes my work easier and more efficient. I love that they’re always looking for ways to innovate and improve, which gives me confidence in the future of the platform.

Pros

Zenfire has helped us streamline our office productivity. We appreciate the responsive support team and the ease of locating customer information and reports. Reports and Invoices are easy to create and send. Overall, it makes our job more efficient and stress-free.

Cons

One drawback of Zenfire is that while it’s generally easy to use, some advanced features can be a little tricky to navigate at first. There can also be occasional delays when syncing data, especially if you’re working in areas with limited internet connectivity. (Our I-phone team members don't have this struggle.)

### "Stay away, it is not worth it."

The app is the least thing from professional. High promises will be given by their sales manager/staff but once you sign your contract you will be transferred over to some staff you never spoke before and will be stuck with everything.

Pros

I originally signed up thinking it was cost effective in addition to all the great promises made. They were willing to work effectively and proactively with me to get the system up and running.

Cons

Everything, be aware the reason why they don't give you a trial account and let you try things; it is because the system doesn't work. Customer support will be gone, months will be spent just to set up a simple system if you are lucky. I am in my 7 months, and I still don't have my service forms up and running.

Pros

Customer Support that was provided from the first sales pitch to finally getting our company on board. they have been behind us for over 3 years to join and use there software

Cons

The system now being implemented in the Caribbean region. The company at the time was focused on the USA & Canada market.

Pros

It is purpose built for what we do. It required very few tweaks to work for us. It is also very intuitive.

Cons

It was still new, and I hadn’t learned it well enough yet. Some of the best features were not included in my original build, as the team wanted me to move more slowly than I did.

With Uptick it came down to pricing. For Service M8 it was the fact that ZenFire is purpose buit for our trade and SDervice M8 required more customization.

My overall experience has been good with zenfire but I would have liked the features implemented by now which is about a year and a half of my use of the software.

Pros

Ease of onboarding was very easy, availability of the servers is good and costumer service is great. Price point on the product is good.

Cons

There was talks about a lot of features when I did the zoom meeting but not that they would be at an extra cost. Some features I was really interested in are still not available.

the customer service and the overall process they were a great help and came threw with everything they promised.

Cons

cant complaint I'm very satisfied with them... awesome job will defiantly refer this guys.. this product is saving me much time and money no more paper invoices.

I'm happy with the product, but the biggest benefit is the outstanding customer support. They are excellent at helping us when questions or problems arise.

Pros

I like that we can integrate our monitoring and service contracts with our ticketing system. I also like how we can track the location of our technicians.

Cons

I wish it was more intuitive for our employees who are not as proficient with technology. I also would like to be able to easily see all forms and documents for a project.

Pros

Customer service - zenfire is incredible at taking any concern or challenge with the product and coming up with a solution promptly

Cons

The speed - at times the program can lag a bit and take a long time to load but this is easily tolerable due to the other good things about the product

My overall experience with Zen Fire has been pleasant. Shubham has done an excellent job in guiding through the platform's orientation process and has been patient with me while I became skilled in the software.

Pros

Saul's introduction to the product and patient follow up on the appointment events scheduled with me. It took me more than a year to decide to purchase the product, and he followed up four times while I pondered on purchasing. He assured me that it would help me organize my customers and that its robust platform could efficiently manage ticketing, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, mapping, and many more features that I am still discovering the tools that best fit into my business needs. Shubham. He was a great, friendly, and absolutely pleasant person to have gone through this training with. He was polite, respectful, task fulfilling, an on time with his commitments while training. He seems to have a great follow up process and did a great job. Keep up the exceptional work!

Cons

At this moment I put Zen Fire on a 3month probation to see what happens. I don't have any complains. So far so good!

Amazing customer support and excellent interface with QuickBooks. Customer love the work acknowledgements and inspection reports.

Pros

Zenfire is easy to use and customer support is amazing. They’ve made sure my reports are exactly what I wanted and the interface with QuickBooks has helped keep my books straight.

Cons

I don’t currently have any cons, so far everything has worked nicely. The software is excellent, I wish I had constructive criticism but I don’t at this time.

My overall experience has been a plus I mean, like I said the customer service is amazing. Any questions anytime they’ll answer the phone they don’t care how small the question is they make you feel like you’re important. They don’t make you feel like you’re bugging them and oh no this and that they just make you feel like you’re an important part and I love that

Pros

I really like the ease of use the depth of the format and especially the customer service is the best there is when they say 24 seven they ain’t joking. I had a job at 3 o’clock in the morning and I called my representative and they got back with me right away and took care of what I needed that to me is amazing

Cons

There’s really not much I didn’t like it all. I like pretty much all of it. I guess there is a learning curve that took a few days to kinda get used to it but after that, it’s just a breeze and awesome.

We started with Zenfire with a clear goal, which actually changed along the way. Everyone, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] has been helpful and great to deal with. We do not utilize this platform to its fullest (our choice), but we are very happy with everything is provides.

Pros

Mobile solution for inspections was exactly what we were needing. We previously performed all inspections with pre-printed paper inspections. The Zenfire platform is much more professional looking and fits our needs better.

Cons

It is a new product and we have had a few growing pains. However every issue that has came up has been handled quickly.

Going very well. Our experience has been pleasant. I feel the staff listens and tries to implement our requests.

Pros

Great people, Great product. We are still getting use to this system, but they are making constant improvements and request for changes are handled promptly.

Cons

The data migration is an ongoing process. Some of that was our fault for not having our data correct to start.

Pros

The platform is extremely customizable and the ZEN Trades team is extremely responsive.

Cons

The sync backup feature creates a unique scenario where data can be lost when internet connection is lost. I would like to see a way to download the saved data from a cloud atmosphere into a localized storage device, such as a large SSD.

I have zero complaints about the service and product. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were able to provide me with exactly what I wanted at a great price point.

Pros

The onboarding process was easy and straight forward. We received training on each step along the way and the onboarding specialist was there to help us with any questions we may have. We were able to customize the platform to what our business needed.

Cons

Initial issues with the android app and kicking us off but they were resolved.
