Cons That when the notice is issued the From is Transnomis, this confuses people on regular occasions as they are unaware of what the email actually contains, and often delete. Then contact us to say they were not in receipt of the road issue. Additionally the "last description" box in Entry Details. Cons I tend to just copy and paste the Entry Detail in section 3 to the Comments section. It seems redundant. Possibly have the system auto generate the comments from section 3 to Comments with the ability to edit/add other comments?
