We use the IPFone for all our call management. The tool offers an ease of use and reliable for team communication.

Cons

The only challenge with the IPFone with Webex is disconnection with slow internet connection. Otherwise its worth.

Pros

It's great that IPFone is quick, intuitive and easy to set up, and integrates perfectly with all our other channels. I loved its ability to ensure that we integrate music or promotional campaigns that benefit the customer and make them more aware of our products. I loved how IPFone is able to isolate noise and allow all parties to the call to hear excellently. The call recording feature is great and allows us to document conversations and ensure transparency. The message and email notifications are excellent, allowing us to document actions for customers and provide them with ticket numbers and links that enable them to follow up or call back easily.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like, I loved the IPFone support team, I appreciate their patience and quick response always, and how they made it easy to move and integrate channels without complications.

Voice calling and video meetings are now easier and powerful with IPFONE with Webex. Promote collaboration in your organization easily and quickly. Chat,meet share files and links through apps and keep your conversations on with IPFONE with Webex.

Cons

For the time that we've worked with IPFONE with Webex nothing has ever gone wrong.
