It has been quite easy to adapt to using this application . As an older employee who is slower to learn electronics, this is a relief.

Pros

It is private, so I can send an image to a medical provider without worry of it becoming public. I can also speak to other coworkers on a separate thread.

Cons

All of the notifications chiming often ...... But I do realize I can mute the alarms. It is nice to feel connected in an occupation where staff are spread out across the state.

Overall I’m very happy I found Zenzap as it made life in general better all around. Overall it’s amazing.

Pros

The ability to communicate with everyone in the company in one app and that one app is user friendly.

Cons

Honestly there’s not a thing to dislike. Other than maybe there’s a lot going on in the app. For people that are not good with electronics it could be an issue but as for myself I am good with technology and computers

Some companies choose to use announcement-only channels, where messages are intentionally one-way so important updates don’t get lost in conversations. This setting is decided by the organization’s management, not a limitation of Zenzap itself. Zenzap fully supports two-way communication. You can reply and have conversations in regular chat channels or direct messages, and teams are free to create open channels where discussion is encouraged. Overall zenzap has made communication and teamwork easier at work. It keeps conversations organized, helps the team stay aligned, and reducesconfusion. While there's room to improve notifications and customization, the platform provides strong value for money and is simple to learn. My experience has been positive and it has fefinitely helped our workflow.

Zenzap is very easy to use and makes daily communication faster. The system keeps all messages organized, which really improves team communication. It also helps with team collaboration because everyone can see updates in real time. For theprice, it offers good value, especially with how much time it saves.

Cons

alerts.Notifications sometimes come in late, which can slow down communication. I also think email management tools could be improved with more customization options. Adding more flexibility to templates and automated replies would make it even better.
