When we first started using it, we thought it would be like any other app, but it really helps to manage different projects and spaces. Pros Clean UI, easy to use. I like that I can connect it to my calendar, which makes it very easy to view all my events. Cons I am not receiving notifications. Maybe it's just me, I probably didn't set it up. I guess there should be an easier way to set up notifications. Email should be by default with the option to turn off if you don't want it. Pros The way data is presented in a chat room is genius. A chat room has many topics in it throughout the time of its existence. Having the ability to see to-do tasks, media, and files as separate entities but still in the same chat room, helped me follow a specific topic in the chat in a very simple and easy way. This feature solved a lot of the issues I was having while using other platforms (e.g. WhatsApp) Cons In the context of a working tool, I see no cons when comparing it to other platforms. It was a little challenging to make the switch from our team's previous platform, but after the first couple of weeks, things started running smoothly, which is all I can ask for in a tool such as this one. Pros There is a short period of getting used to where things are located within the application, but once you get that locked in, everything in the app is intuitive and easy to navigate to whatever you need. The overall design is minimal and just what I need. Not too much fluff! On my team, we used the task/list tool all the time to ensure projects were done in a timely manner. Super helpful! Cons Things were a little different coming from FB work chat. Like the in message camera is a little outdated, the gif keyboard isn't as easy to access, and the messaging is laid out differently.
