great learning experience with direct feedback after the demo , great time saver for our leadership time.

Pros

great recording & summary functions for our demo calls. detailed, personalized feedback for account executives as well as summaries from the calls and the development of the AE teams over time for the leadership time.

Cons

I 2 persons are part of the demo (e.g. 1 AE, 1 MD), the \[sensitive content hidden\] gets also valued against the AE criterias - this could be improved. We have not used the integrations to our CRM system. this is next in the rollout process.

Ich habe viele verschiedene Tools getestet & Demodesk ist das erste & einzige, dass mich rundum überzeugt hat. Das Tool ist sehr einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen. Alles war nicht so klar ist, wird erklärt und ist mit einem Info-Button versehen.

Pros

Das wir den KI-Coach individualisieren konnten, so haben die Auswertungen einen echten Mehrwert! Die Tipps selber gehen in die Tiefe und erkennen Probleme, die ich auch in der Vergangenheit schon gespiegelt bekommen habe. Die AI ist sehr präzise und erkennt auch komplizierte Sachverhalte und schwierige Akzente. Vor allem die anschließende Email ist eine große Erleichterung im Alltag!

Cons

Im Coaching eine 5/5 zu erhalten ist quasi unmöglich, das ist etwas demotivierend. Sonst habe ich nichts zu beanstanden :)

Very good. I really like the layout and AI integration so you can review meetings and get a summary on what was discussed.

Pros

Demodesk is very interactive and has some really good features that other platforms such as teams or zoom doesn't offer, such as AI feedback.

Cons

Takes a while for external users to join the call - 3 step process. Also had a few clients comment on recording the call which is obviously automatic.

Demodesk provides us with great AI summaries, MEDDIC rating and coaching tips, and a draft of follow-up emails.

Pros

The different types of summaries. Especially the MEDDIC piece is super helpful to us. The HubSpot integration is also easy to set up and valuable.

Cons

I would like to set up everything for the entire team, but it seems most configuration has to be done individually.

Das Zeitersparnis für jeweilige FollowUp Mails und Dokumentationen. Zudem lassen sich Gespräche erneut anschauen, um dinge nachzutragen

Cons

Innerhalb der Bewertungen kann das Tool nicht unterscheiden welche Art von Termin es ist - daher gehen oftmals Punkte verloren ( redeanteil ) wobei es nicht anders geht

A experiência tem sido muito positiva. Ela é exigente e bastante precisa nas observações, o que é fundamental quando temos um roteiro e precisamos manter o foco nele. As orientações são valiosas para desenvolver uma condução mais estruturada e eficaz.

Pros

Gosto muito do feedback direto no início das sessões, apontando onde não fui tão bem e o que posso melhorar para as próximas reuniões. Isso me ajuda a ajustar o rumo de forma objetiva e prática.

Cons

O modelo segue sempre o mesmo padrão, mesmo quando o formato da reunião muda. Seria interessante se houvesse uma leitura mais contextual, especialmente quando não sou a pessoa que está conduzindo. Nesses casos, ela poderia sugerir perguntas ou abordagens que eu deveria ter feito, adaptando melhor à situação.

It was good and helpful to select candidates during hiring. All my interviews done using DemoDesk and I recommend use it.

Pros

The interview transcript to English with detailed summary. Global recommendations (weakness and strong points)

Cons

Not in real time, it can auto transcript and generate questions/notes to go forward during the interview.

Demodesk saves me at least 1 hour per day, I use it to record all my meetings (sales & also internal meetings), summarize the meetings, update my CRM and most importantly to write follow-up mails. I have configured a few templates, so I get exactly the information I need from every meeting and the necessary next steps. We started to use Demodesk now also in hiring calls and I even "misused" it to record & summarize my vacation planning meeting :D

Pros

Demodesk is incredibly good in taking notes and extracting valuable information from calls. It updates my CRM, writes follow-ups and creates on-point summaries. Overall a great time saver in sales.

Cons

The notetaker is always visible as a separate person in calls, personally I think this is very transparent to all meeting participants, but some prefer "hidden" notetakers.

It supported me in real-time during calls, helped improve my pitch and objection handling, and made it easier to stay consistent and confident. The post-call feedback gave me actionable insights to grow as a consultant. With a few refinements in personalization, it could become an essential tool for any sales team.

Pros

It provides smart, real-time guidance during calls without being intrusive—great for objection handling and staying on message. The AI feedback after calls is super helpful to spot improvement areas, and it drives consistency across the team. It’s like having a silent coach that helps you get better every day without micromanagement.

Cons

Sometimes the real-time prompts felt slightly delayed or not fully tailored to the specific conversation. Also, the post-call insights were helpful, but occasionally too general—more personalized suggestions would make it even more valuable.

All in All I would definitly reccomend everyone to use it, especially fpr best suited companies heavily focused on sales and customer demos who value interactive and structured meetings.

Pros

I love about demodesk, that they have interactive screen sharing without to download things. participants can collaborate in a virtual browser without installing any software and the automated scheduling is awesome. pre-set flows for different meeting types improve structure and efficiency andI love that its easy to use for both hosts and participants.

Cons

Sometimes I have the Problem that report long loading times and no option to upload files. admin dashboard can be hard to navigate and mobile experience is lacking.

Alles in Allem ist Demodesk eine geniale Lösung für digitale Beratung. Man kann die Software flexibel an seinen Beratungsstil anpassen und durch die AI Funktion, Dinge wie Follow-Ups oder Gesprächszusammenfassungen deutlich vereinfachen. 10 von 10!

Pros

Die Funktion, automatisiert eine Follow-Up Email zu erstellen. Dies erspart extrem viel Zeit im Arbeitsalltag. Die Funktion sich Aufnahmen seiner eigenen Beratung anzuschauen hilft, falls man nicht mehr genau weiß was besprochen wurde. Man kann dadurch noch mehr auf den Kunden eingehen.

Cons

Teilweise haben Kunden Probleme mit Safari in die Beratung zu kommen, weil der Browser scheinbar nicht unterstützt wird. Die Folien, die eingespielt werden, benötigen teilweise viel Zeit, um zu laden.
