Meine Erfahrung mit Gendas GmbH war durchweg positiv, insbesondere beeindruckte mich die schnelle und unkomplizierte Whistleblowing-Software. Von Anfang an verlief die Kommunikation mit dem Gendas-Team sehr professionell und lösungsorientiert. Sie unterstützten uns effizient bei der Einrichtung des Systems, wodurch es in kürzester Zeit einsatzbereit war.

Pros

Die Whistleblowing-Software von Gendas GmbH hat mich besonders durch ihre ausgeprägte Anonymitätsgarantie und die außergewöhnliche Benutzerfreundlichkeit überzeugt. Erstens ermöglicht die starke Fokussierung auf die Anonymität, dass Mitarbeiter sich sicher fühlen, Verstöße zu melden, ohne Angst vor möglichen Konsequenzen haben zu müssen. Zweitens beeindruckt die Software durch ihre intuitive Gestaltung, welche sicherstellt, dass Nutzer ohne vorherige Schulung oder spezifisches technisches Wissen problemlos mit der Plattform interagieren können. Pros

Ich bin beeindruckt von den zahlreichen Vorteilen der Whistleblower-Software von Gendas. Die schnelle Einrichtung und intuitive Bedienung der Software spart mir wertvolle Zeit und macht den Einstieg sehr einfach. Zudem ist die unbegrenzte Anzahl an Benutzern und Meldeseiten, die Gendas erlaubt, ein echter Pluspunkt für unser Unternehmensnetzwerk.

Cons

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, hab hier leider nichts zu meckern.

Pros

Wirklich super leicht zu installieren. Wichtig war uns auch, dass wir für alle unsere Zweigstellen einzelne Kanäle anlegen können. Das ist hier problemlos möglich, allerdings keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Richtig gut ist natürlich auch der Preis.

Cons

Bisher hat das Programm alles drin, was wir benötigen. Interessant wird es, ob es dann auch bei wachsendem Bedarf noch alles bietet, aber eigentlich gehen wir davon aus.

Pros

Wir haben uns lange umgeschaut und diverse Anbieter miteinander verglichen. Mit Gendas sind wir sehr zufrieden, denn es hat mehr Funktionen als wir eigentlich brauchen würden, und bietet dafür auch noch den günstigsten Preis, den wir finden konnten.

Cons

Können wir eigentlich keine nennen. Der Preis ist super und es ist alles im Programm enthalten, was man sich vorstellt. Inwiefern uns wirklich etwas fehlen sollte, wird sich vielleicht über die nächsten Monate und Jahre noch zeigen.

Pros

Das gesamte System ist innerhalb von weniger Minuten eingerichtet und kann live gestellt werden. Wirklich bemerkenswert ist, dass man in jedem Paket unbegrenzt Benutzer einladen kann und es auch keine Beschränkungen beim Fallmanagement oder der Anzahl der Meldeseiten gibt. Bei unserem Pitch haben wir keine Software gefunden, die das für den Preis anbietet.

Cons

Eigentlich kann ich hier keine Nachteile nennen. Es mag sicherlich ganz spezielle Fälle geben, in denen noch weitere Funktionen technischer Art gefordert sind. Den Anforderungen an die Konformität mit der EU Richtlinie und generell dem Anspruch an eine hochwertige Lösung für Hinweisgeber wird Gendas nicht nur gerecht, sondern bietet extrem viele Funktionen und war bei unserem Vergleich auch der günstigste Anbieter.
