Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit Persentis war sehr positiv. Das Tool erleichtert die Durchführung von Mitarbeiterumfragen erheblich und bietet klare und prägnante Einblicke in die Zufriedenheit und Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter. Die Analysefunktion ist leistungsstark und die Möglichkeit, Daten nach Abteilungen zu segmentieren, hilft, gezielte Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. Insgesamt hat Persentis den Prozess der Mitarbeiterumfragen für unser Hotel effizienter und effektiver gestaltet. Auch die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team von Persentis verlief einwandfrei.

Pros

Persentis bietet einen benutzerfreundlichen und flexiblen Ansatz für Mitarbeiterumfragen. Besonders gefällt mir, dass es einen vorgefertigten Fragebogen gibt, der die Umfrage einfach und schnell macht, während die Möglichkeit, eigene Fragen hinzuzufügen, eine hohe Anpassbarkeit bietet. Die detaillierte Analysefunktion ermöglicht es, Ergebnisse nach einzelnen Abteilungen des Hotels auszuwerten, was wertvolle Einblicke in spezifische Bereiche bietet.

Cons

Ein möglicher Nachteil ist, dass das hinzufügen von eigenen Fragen etwas zeitaufwändig sein kann. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es mehr Vorlagen für spezifische Branchenfragen gäbe, um den Prozess weiter zu beschleunigen.

Wir wurden bestens betreut und auch beraten....und auch immer wieder gestupst..das brauchten wir und das hat uns motiviert.

Pros

Wir waren von einigen Überzeugungen gelenkt, die schlussendlich überhaupt nicht relevant waren, anderen Details haben wir wieder keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Persentis hat auch uns die Augen geöffnet.

Cons

Kann ich noch nicht beurteilen - bis jetzt passt alles.

Persentis bildet für mich den Einstiegspunkt und gleichzeitig eine von zwei Säulen für die weitere Arbeit, um ein Kundenprojekt umzusetzen. Die Einfachheit in der Bedienung und die dadurch stets hohe Beteiligungsquote bilden eine großartige Basis für die weiteren Schritte.

Pros

Einfachheit und tiefgründigkeit der Analyse. Mit keiner anderen Software bekomme ich derart tiefgründige Ergebnisse.

Cons

Da muss ich noch suchen. Mir ist bisher kein großartiger Negativpunkt aufgefallen.
