It has been a great experience using the tool. Improves efficiency in sending out the broadcasts, promotions, running campaign etc.

Pros

The tool focuses on providing the solutions and help the business grow, something that is the need of the hour. True value for money.

Cons

I believe the customer service could have been better. The response is slow, but you have someone to talk to resolve your queries is always helpful.

Cons

Easier installation and contact export is the most valuable aspect for me. Also te boradcasting fuctions

image resize utility would be help full. Limitations on packages to be extended

WAWCD is a fantastic WhatsApp messaging tool – easy to use, great features and does what it says on the box. Highly recommended!

Pros

Great interface and easy to use. Simple to install, great to navigate your way around and very intuitive.

Cons

Cost - I think its a bit expensive. So despite its great feature set, I will never use it full time or on that regular a basis. So for my use case, a cheaper option would be most welcome.
