Pros Transportly 4Shipper is very easy access and being able to access it remotely on the go makes it possible to request for transport services from anywhere. Its document management features allow us to do the documentation work like quoting and signing contracts with ease. Moreover, preliminary results show a significant (~13%) drop in our overall transportation costs. Pros Transportly is a cloud-based SaaS solution that does not require any installation or difficult setup. It is free for us (carriers cover the costs). We really got set up in 10 minutes. The UI is easy to use and straightforward. Cons There are a few non-critical features missing at the moment. Like integrations to our internal systems, however, we got server by a key account manager who promptly took our requirements to their development team and the integration is currently being worked on. I've never seen such a quick response and willingness to add new features with our previous software vendors.
