Notre expérience avec iClosed est globalement décevante, malgré un potentiel évident. D’un point de vue commercial, l’expérience n’a clairement pas été à la hauteur. Plusieurs de nos messages sont restés sans réponse, ce qui donne une impression de manque de suivi et de considération. La flexibilité commerciale est quasi inexistante : aucune marge de négociation, pas le moindre effort consenti, ce qui est difficilement acceptable dans le cadre d’un partenariat logiciel, surtout pour un outil qui se positionne encore comme jeune sur le marché. Sur le plan produit, l’outil est visuellement attractif et fonctionne correctement dans l’ensemble. Cependant, il donne clairement l’impression d’être encore en phase bêta. De nombreuses fonctionnalités de personnalisation manquent, ce qui limite fortement son adaptabilité aux besoins réels des équipes. L’intégration avec HubSpot n’est pas complète et reste trop basique pour être pleinement exploitable dans un environnement professionnel exigeant. Un point particulièrement déplorable concerne le siège administrateur, qui est facturé en supplément. Faire payer l’accès à l’administration et à la gestion de l’outil est difficilement justifiable et renforce le sentiment d’une politique commerciale rigide et peu orientée client. En résumé, iClosed est un outil prometteur, avec un design soigné et des bases fonctionnelles solides. Toutefois, entre un produit encore immature, une intégration incomplète, et surtout une expérience commerciale frustrante, l’expérience globale n’est clairement pas positive à ce stade. Nous espérons sincèrement que l’équipe saura prendre en compte ces retours pour faire évoluer à la fois le produit et la relation client, car le potentiel est là — mais il reste encore beaucoup de chemin à parcourir.

Pros

Ce que nous apprécions le plus chez iClosed, c’est son design moderne et attractif ainsi que son fonctionnement globalement fiable une fois l’outil en place. L’interface est agréable à utiliser et l’expérience côté utilisateur final est plutôt fluide. On sent qu’il y a un bon potentiel produit et une vision intéressante derrière l’outil, même si de nombreuses améliorations restent nécessaires.

Cons

Nous avons été déçus par l’expérience commerciale, avec plusieurs messages restés sans réponse et un manque total de flexibilité sur les conditions tarifaires, sans aucune volonté de négociation. L’outil donne également l’impression d’être encore en phase bêta : il manque beaucoup de fonctionnalités de personnalisation, et l’intégration HubSpot est incomplète, ce qui limite fortement son usage dans un environnement professionnel. Enfin, le fait que le siège administrateur soit payant est particulièrement regrettable et difficile à justifier. Malgré un outil visuellement réussi et fonctionnel, ces points rendent l’expérience globale clairement négative.

Pros

The software was designed for closing. It is very practical to be able to manage your contacts from the software, track your performance, and connect Zapier to all other software in your business.

Cons

The fact that the branding of Iclosed cannot be removed

Pros

We increased our sales capacity without increasing the number of sales by +23% very quickly with two-call booking

Cons

It's hard to find anything to complain about, the software is constantly evolving, which is great, but you have to be constantly on the lookout for updates, and maybe group them together to make one massive update

I am SDR and can reschedule appointments from the original appointment. I can directly assign myself prospects who haven't made an appointment and book a call with a BDR.
