10/10 highest recommend, We really appreciate that we can switch from fresha to MaSe, it makes me feel that we don't throw money in the air.

Pros

The best team, very supportive, the fastest reply it helps a lot for the business, and it also provide English services, we feel its a lot better than Fresha.

We really love the support team, they are very supportive and productive, and most importantly, they are very professional and work with patience.

MaSe is simple, fast, and very easy to use. I like its clean design and how it helps me manage daily tasks

Cons

What I liked least about MaSe is that some features feel a bit limited, and certain functions take extra steps to complete. It would be more convenient if the system were faster and more flexible in customising settings.

Pros

It’s incredibly easy to use, even for someone who’s not very tech-savvy. The functions are well-organized, making daily operations smooth and efficient. What I like most is the excellent back-end support — whenever there’s an issue, the team responds quickly and helps solve it patiently. This level of service makes the whole experience stress-free and reliable, which is especially important for a busy beauty business like ours.

Cons

I haven’t thought of any particular suggestion yet because the system works quite well overall. It feels stable, easy to navigate, and fits naturally into our daily workflow. I like how it combines practical features without unnecessary complexity, which saves us a lot of time. Maybe after using it longer I’ll have more ideas, but for now, I’m genuinely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others in the beauty industry.

It's a very well recommended booking software for salon owners. Booking clients, promotions and etc. very functional and friendly staffs
