La possibilité de gérer un catalogue personnalisé qui est ensuite disponible pour nos clients et aussi pour l'équipe de conception de voyages, la possibilité de gérer toutes nos réservations et paiements puis de faire le suivi de nos voyageurs sur place en font un outil 360 qui permet d'harmoniser les process de travail de chaque pôle de l'agence. Cons Le logiciel est en constante évolution et il y a donc certaines options qui ne sont pas encore disponibles, mais le service client ultra-réactif prend note de tous nos besoins qui sont implantés dans des délais plus que raisonnables.
